Convenience and affordable luxury

Pros: The location is amazing. It is right on top of a subway line, making travel really convenient. It isn’t far from a number of great spots like Ginza, Tsukiji Fish Markets and Tokyo Tower. There is a family mart near the bottom level for those late night konbini runs. The staff are super friendly and so helpful.

Cons: The value of the economy room was a little too expensive just for a view of Tokyo Tower. Next time I would get a normal economy room and just walk to see the tower.

Pros: Very clean rooms, breakfast buffets both western style and Japanese were excellent. Staff super friendly, Great English at front desk and,restaurant. Close to train system and only a 10 minute walk to cool Japanese area food shopping and bars and so much more . Mist quiet hotel I have every stayed at.

Cons: Takes a little to get oriented within the neighborhood. Streets go i. All angles , need daylight ti get bearings.

Pros: The staff was brilliant. An extra star to the concierge that helped me with taxi, going up and down with me in the elevator twice because I couldn't get access to my wi-fi when downstairs.

Excellent location and service

Pros: The location was great, not touristy but very convenient. We loved the shimbashi izakayas and it is a short walk to ginza shopping district. It has a very small gym. Although not big but it is for free unlike some other hotels which charges a fee for using the gym. The hotel staff were very attentive and flexible. One gentleman on the evening shift on 17 Jan helped us tremendously with my daughter's clinic visit. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name.
