Pros: Location was surprisingly quiet for shinbashi. Still a short walk for the more active areas. Breakfast was nice , as well as the free bar and amenities. Nothing really to complain.

Cons: A bit expensive for what you get. Though it was during new year, so it might have affected the price.

Pros: A wonderful hotel with a cozy atmosphere and a high level of service. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Our stay was absolutely enjoyable.

Cons: There were no downsides — everything was excellent.

Excellent!

Pros: A really nice hotel with a commitment to sustainability. Nice breakfast and amenities as well. Quite close to the train station and with a lively night area nearby. The staff was lovely and very helpful. Also my flight was delayed and they allowed me to reschedule my stay even if it was past the free cancellation/resche filing period. Much appreciated!!

Cons: Nothing in particular, but if you have big luggage the rooms might feel a bit cramped

Pros: The staff was absolutely lovely and the breakfast was nice, we liked that it was more typical Japanese dishes. The bathroom and the room were clean, we didn't lack anything. Locatjons was great with Shinbashi station being nearby.

Cons: The room was really tiny but I think Tokyo accommodations are famous for this unless you pay a fortune.

Pros: Comfortable and clean place ( free parking available, love it!) Great spot (near the lake) Thanks for warm hosting, had lovely stay here.

Cons: Hot shower quite not enough for 6 people (adult) need to separate shower time and need some time waiting for hot water.

Pros: Staff were fabulous, really helpful and friendly. Welcome gift of toiletries on arrival as well as a great selection of toiletries in the room and a help yourself section in the entrance. Loved the 'pillow bar'. You could take food and drinks in the breakfast area and it was used as a social space, free drinks available which included alcohol, (certain times).

Cons: The room had all you needed but was very compact, we could only open our cases on the bed (we appreciate the hotel is predominantly for business men).
