Faboulous would stay again

Pros: Everything was great the staff is excellent and the location couldn't have been better. It’s walking distance to all the main shops in Ginza and close to metro station too.. highly recommend! The amenities are all great.. the place is nicely setup l.. rooms are small but clean and comfortable.. and the staff is always there to help. Their service was great throughout

Cons: Theres a peculiar smell that comes from the washlets that i found annoying. I think a proper disinfectant needs to be used to clean the flush . Although seemingly clean the smell wasn’t pleasant every time we flushed. But thats not a problem at this hotel alone. We are osaka now and the washlet has the same smell at the hotel here aswell which is a different chain

Pros: I have stayed at Remm Plus Ginza several times, both for work and pleasure - the rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is excellent.

Pros: The location. 7 minutes from 2 stations makes it very accessible. A massage chair and a bathtub were very good to have after days walking around.

Cons: Their eco friendly choices as to cleaning takes getting used to.

Great hotel in ginza

Pros: Great location and very nice building. Big room and modern bathroom. Massage chair was so good after a day of shopping.

Cons: Room is a bit cluttered with all the side tables and chair once your luggage is in there too.

Pros: I like the cleanliness and the perfect location of the hotel, it was close to literally everything you need and well connected to different areas of Tokyo

Cons: The room was smaller than I expected

Pros: Pro 1. Outskirts of Ginza area. About 5 minutes walk to major transport hub shimbashi station. 10 min. walk to tsukiji market. Easy access to abundance of shopping and dining options. 2. Room is small but tidy. It’s Tokyo, you get what you pay for, at this price range and location I can’t complain. Bonus: if you stay on a high enough floor and the correct side. You get the nice view of Tokyo tower.

Cons: 1. The hotel is next to the bridge. I stayed on the 16th floor, even at this floor I can still hear the police/ambulance sirens and street racers at night. 2. Service and breakfast selection is minimal. But still within my expectation.

Nice hotel in Ginza

Pros: Clean structure and in the centre of Ginza. Staff is nice.

Cons: I would improve the breakfast as this is poor for a four star hotel.
