Pros: Great location near shopping. Great showers. Nice lobby to hang while waiting to leave to airport. Tea and coffee and PJs and slippers and other amenities were awesome

Pros: Liked the bed, it was long enough for a 6 foot 4 inch man and comfortable. Showers amazing. Coffee machine in reception makes great coffee. Staff very helpful Location good in upmarket Ginza with lots of great restaurants around.

Cons: Even booking the extra length king size bed the room was small and no cupboards or much space to move around.

Pros: Cozy reception with warm welcome. Amazing the shower in the room, with different settings to help relaxing after a day of tours in the city!

Cons: The breakfast is located at a different level, almost outdoor, and for coffee addicts, it only serve drip coffee. Rooms are quite small even for Japanese standards

Pros: Lots of amenities and facilities throughout the hotel. Regular cleaning and room refresh. Updated shower and bathroom. Location great.

Cons: Bed very uncomfortable, like cement. Room small but to be expected. However was both the smallest and most expensive room I stayed in throughout a month long trip in Japan.

Pros: Clean, comfortable room. A bit small but we only booked one night, so wasn't a concern. Great shower. Friendly helpful staff. Two free beers on arrival. Good location.

Excellent hotel in heart of Ginza.

Pros: Very impressive hotel. Free coffee and pancakes at reception! Drinks vouchers for each night of stay. Rooms are good size and communal table and lounge areas a bonus.

Cons: Nothing.

Lovely rooms, great location. Shame about the lack of double beds.

Pros: The room was great with a view and loved the bar stools behind the bed. The drinks tickets were great and the lobby was a great area to hang out.

Cons: I hated that it was European style of two single beds and being a couple would have preferred one large bed to look at that view in the morning without falling down the middle.

Pros: I couldn't find a note book during my stay, and the receptionist went beyond to look through CCTV footage to see if I left in the lift or corridor. Although I didn't manage to find the note book, but I was really touched by the help from that team.
