Pros: Everything was perfect. The location right next to shinbashi restaurants/izakaya is great, ginza also very close. Also beautiful big park in front, fish market 1km away. Very quiet rooms, slept very well, staff amazingly helpful. 10min walk from hamamasutcho haneda monorail stop via high protected ways.

Cons: Gym is tiny but nice area to go running outside

Perfect Location and amazing staff!

Pros: Location was spot on! Directly by the Shiodome Station and walking distance from Ginza! Staff were amazing, allowed us to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out!

Comfortable well-located hotel in Tokyo

Pros: Well-located modern and clean hotel with very friendly, obliging staff. Right next to Shiodome subway station. Entertaining views watching all of the different trains going by (sound proof windows so didn’t disturb us). Good breakfast buffet with sufficient variety of high quality offerings (breakfast cost extra on our booking so we had options but was worth it). Lunch and dinner offerings more limited. Highly recommend the Arts Restaurant at the next food Park Hotel 25th floor for fabulous views, quirky art, drinks, wonderful food (especially the Wagyu beef) and atmosphere Happy hour 5-7pm at VD Shiodome - complementary drinks - a nice touch. Room was small for 2 people but cosy, and I appreciated the bath (albeit a small one) and great shower. Desks and charging points in hotel lobby for a change of scenery if working. Overall a very good stay. Would recommend.

Cons: Hotel lacked atmosphere in the evenings. Lounge bar closed after 9 pm and often before then. We arrived off an overnight flight at 07.30 and happily paid to get a restaurant breakfast. Normal check in is 15.00 and we happily paid for early check in but they would only allow from 12.00 even though hotel not full. Would happily have paid for 3-4 more hours early check in to get some rest.

Great choice for business

Pros: Amazing location. Lovely staff. Very clean. Room a bit small for two - but good for Tokyo. Laundry facilities on every second floor.

Cons: All good really. The ironing boards and irons could be a bit larger.

Pros: Great hotel. Very accessible from subway and good location. Nice staff and excellent breakfast. Rooms are a little small but that seems to be standard in Tokyo.

Simple but good

Pros: Very close to the station with minimal walking. Also close to Ginza area! There’s a Family Mart, Starbucks, and other cafes within the building too.

Cons: One of the smaller rooms we’ve booked for our trip but overall was still able to fit 3 people and 5 luggage’s.

Pros: On top of station, new clean pyjamas daily, new slippers daily, bottled water daily, happy hour snacks and drinks, very helpful reception staff, amenities available in lobby. Excellent charging facilities, universal plug in every room, English news channels.

Cons: Nothing, it was great.
