L stay & grow Harumi

Pros: The hotel location is very near to convenient store and supermarket. The room is very big and comfortable. Also, the breakfast is good!

Great location for our family !

Pros: Located in a quiet and beautiful Bay Area , walkable to teams lab planets with easy access to local subway station. Breakfast buffet was yummy. Staff very helpful and we were able to leave our bags there after check out before our flight.

Cons: It is slightly further away from the main attractions , a bit dated with the furnishing.

Had an amazing stay.

Pros: The check-in was fast which amazing then facilities specially breakfast was good.

Cons: Maybe the rooms needs bit more brighter lighting.

Pros: I booked three rooms on behalf of my family members and most of us stayed for two consecutive nights. The things we liked include, but not limited to: - Spacious rooms (the Family room in particular was huge) - Breakfast buffet with large selection of dishes - Cleanliness and fine renovation despite the building itself being quite old - Friendly staff and a good mixture of Japanese and foreign nationals among the team Given the above, we think that it is generally a great-for-value option.

Cons: - The servers at the restaurant did not seem to be as professional as the rest of the staff. One lady (acting manager or a team leader according to another staff member I had a chance to speak with), a senior staff member did tell off another staff member in public in a tone which was far from friendly. You'd never do that. It is not only humiliating her own colleague in front of everybody, but makes the guests very upset. The gentleman with a foreign national may have been the only person who was always friendly and had an eye on the floor while keeping busy to serve food, etc. Those who seem to be close to the acting manager were either chatty among colleagues in front of guests, unfriendly, or unhelpful. I am a Japanese national and I question the quality of services and the attitude of the Japanese staff. - This one has nothing to do with the performance of the staff, but the location may not be the most convenient if you are going to Tokyo for business or some event which takes place in the central area. You'd have to walk some distance to get to the nearest metro station and you'd most likely have to switch train/bus at least 1-2 times depending on where you are going. - SOMETHING I would strongly ask to change is the windows in the rooms. They are way too easily opened even by small children who could fall through them by accident. I understand that it is a fairly old building and many components of the building would not have been arranged the way that they would be today if the building was to be built now, but the windows must either be sealed off or manageable with a modern lock which cannot be easily opened by children. We were with two children (one aged at 2 and the other at 3) who kept us feel very uneasy as they were very curious about the scenery and the windows.

Great value for money, modern area and cool hotel.

Pros: The place was amazing! Clean, good looking, the area is new and very nice, modern. The staff was friendly, and our room was at the last floor, with a beautiful view. We had everything we needed and it wasn't expensive, I'd totally recommend it.

This is a great place to stay if you have a small family and want to try the local family attraction

Pros: The location was really good perfect for our family getaway. We’re right near all the attractions we wanted to be next to. The adults also enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

Pros: This place exceeded my expectations, I booked it for a pretty good price for the 3 of us. The room had 2 double beds and a single bed. Double aircon, double vanity. 2 sitting chairs, a coffee table and a TV. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, they even room cleaning, you just leave a card out if you'd like to have your room cleaned or not. Theres a free buffet included if youre an early riser too, the food is pretty good 👍 My favourite part about this place was its location, its not right next to anything noisy or crowded, yes its a small walk to the station or an even smaller walk if you don't mind the bus and transfers. They have a laundry service as well but you have to get your laundry downstairs pretty early.

Cons: Not much i didn't like about this place, I'd definitely book again.
