Pros: We had a fantastic stay here. The location is peaceful and residential, but still just a short walk to Nippori Station, with easy access to the Yamanote Line. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and a lovely bakery nearby. The property was spotless and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and we really appreciated the shared eating area near reception, which was quiet and convenient to use. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful — truly top notch service. They made us feel very welcome and were always happy to assist.

Pros: Absolutely perfect. Peaceful location, away from the crowds, but conveniently close to Nippori station with easy access to Yanaka Ginza and the train with the Yamanote line. Also close to a cute bakery, a supermarket, convenience store and a coin laundry right across the street. The place is spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bedroom and we had more than enough space even with their smallest economy room. Staff is absolutely fantastic. They have a tatami floor living room space with a fully equipped kitchen that guests can share. We loved it. Other reviews said it could be noisy, but we found it very nice, and with the air conditioning turned on (fan only) for a little bit of white noise, we could not hear a thing from other guests.

Pros: The room was nice and big, we enjoyed the living room where you can have your meal or cook. The staff was absolutely lovely, and helped look at restaurant options.

Cons: Noisy guests, the walls were thin and some guests talked very loud and had the TV on late/very early. However it's not something the hotel can control very much, they already have signs up.

Pros: Get to experience to sleep tatami flooring with futon.

Great stay in a quiet place

Pros: Clean room with basic anemeties needed during a stay (coffee, tea maker etc). The bathroom is small, but not a problem if you dont mind getting dressed in the room. The staff went over and beyond to help us with recommendations. The common room was very nice with tables and seating and had a small kitchenette and a big fridge if needed. a short 10 minute walk to the train station through a quiet local neighbourhood. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around.

Modern meets traditional style with all the comfort and convenience

Pros: It was a lovely modern place to stay but had all the traditional Japanese designs which made it a fun and exciting place to visit. Short walk to many good food options.

Cons: Basically nothing , rooms are a bit small but that’s to be expected and they worked perfectly fine for me as a single person
