Best choice when visiting Tokyo...

Pros: My favourite hotel during a one month trip to Japan! I felt so welcome, the whole team were friendly and kind. It was a joy to stay here for 6 days as I explored the city and took some day trips. Comfortable rooms and amazing breakfast. Onsen was always clean with lovely hair and bath products. Great view of Tokyo Tower from my room on top floor too! They even gave me the same room on my return at the end of the month, having remembered this request when I'd left to start my travels. I was very pleased with my choice to stay in Nippori, which felt safe, quiet and convenient due to direct access to Narita Airport and many other local subway/train lines. Will definately choose this hotel again when I return to Japan ありがとうございます

Cons: Very minor point, but some decaffinated teabags at breakfast would be ideal (either herbal choice or rooibos tea).

Pros: A lovely modern hotel within walking distance of the station. It's so handy if your coming/going to Narita Airport as the Skyliner gives you direct access to the airport from that station. The hotel is very modern and clean, loads of space in the room (rare in Tokyo!) with enough space that I could fully open my suitcase and still have loads of room to move around. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was fantastic, very modern and spacious with a great shower, very nice.

Good option in Tokyo, close to everything

Pros: The hotel was nice and spacious enough for a couple (we could open 2 big suitcases without any problem). The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The staff was welcoming and always eager to help. The sento was a nice addition to our stay - it was great to relax there after the busy day. We've also really appreciated the hotel's location and its proximity to Nippori station, with its direct connection to Narita International Airport.

Cons: There's a strange rule in the hotel that you cannot go to the breakfast in 'room wear' - meaning you cannot wear pajamas or hotel slippers. For me, it seems strange, since I'm on vacation and want to fully relax in the hotel I booked for this purpose.

Definitely a favourite Hotel

Pros: This hotel absolutely ticks all the boxes for me. Quiet location, very close to the a well connected train station (Nippori) which can take you anywhere in Tokyo. All the staff are professional and friendly, breakfast has lots of options and the rooms are a little larger than the average Japanese hotel room. The heating and cooling works well and shower has fantastic water pressure. Full block out blinds also made for a perfect nights sleep. I can definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Cons: Could not find anything I didn't like.
