Overall, it's nice hotel, convenient location as it closes to trains & easy access to all amenities.

Pros: Convenient as the hotel closes to all amenities, staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: We paid for breakfast everyday but we weren't allow to have breakfast to go on the days we had early touring in the morning. Staff couldn't allow to offer any breakfast for our family of 4 to bring along.

Pros: Great location, staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean.

Cons: Unfortunately the room was very hot. Every time we were in our room we had to strip off to our underwear as the room was like a sauna. There were signs saying the AC was set for the whole hotel, however large reception areas in the entrance and a 14sq meter room need to be different settings

Pros: ART Hotel was good for a couple of nights. Very easy to find. It was set in a prime location near Nippori Station. Breakfast was really good. We have never been given free red or white wine for breakfast!!

Pros: It's located near Nippori station so it's very convenient if you travel with large luggages. The staffs were helpful and friendly, we needed to catch the first train to the airport so we had to leave at 5am and there were staff at the desk to help us check out so we could catch the train in time. The room was spacious, bigger than average hotels in Tokyo, we had 4 large luggages and there were enough room to open all.

Cons: The hotel was a bit old and so were the facilities in the room. It was also loud at night, we heard footsteps and a bed squeaking from upstairs the entire night. So it wasn't very comfortable but it was easy and convenient for a short stay for an early travel.

Pros: Good Location to train station. Can request for suitable pillow..

Cons: Booked for 2 adults and 2 kids, but only 3 bottles of water were provided. Was told that kids sleeping with parents does not have water provided. Found it strange that the booking included breakfast, but bottled water is not provided. The restaurant seemed understaffed. The staff didnt even thank us for bringing used plates to them. Instead, were told to leave it on the tables
