Pros: The place is very convenient, nice and closed by many train station, will definitely visit again once have a chance to visit Tokyo.

Pros: Great location within 10 minutes walking distance to several train stations, and several shops nearby for necessities. Neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful at night.

Perfect out of the way location for your first Tokyo trip.

Pros: Quiet and friendly neighbourhood close to multiple train lines and stores. Lovely spacious room and good AC.

Cons: Pillows were very flat.

Excellent value for money and if travelling to Tokyo again would try to book again

Pros: About 6 minute from train station so very close and good was very quiet throughout our visit the staff were excellent and all rubbish and recycling was removed when necessary without fail would recommend to others who want a nice quiet place to rest and relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

Cons: nothing except security into building could have been better as code for door was printed on actual cover where you input the code which seems a bit odd

Pros: Really nice and quiet location, with sight to surroundings with 3 floors high buildings, train station and few office buildings. We got a bit accustomed to walk from Nippori station And go for shopping in supermarket on the way (if I remember correctly, best was Inageya Arakawa Nishi-Nippori いなげや荒川西日暮里店). Also location of accommodation is well suited for night walks. If there is rainy weather you can use provided umbrellas.

Cons: A bit small for two grown ups, but still big enough to live there for few nights and enjoy Tokyo freely.

This hotel is a great place to stay, especially if you are in Tokyo for more than a few days.

Pros: The hotel is in lovely, quiet neighbourhood but not far from the Yamanote and other train lines. We were staying for a week and it was great to have a comfortable room and a washing machine and kitchenette. The staff were very responsive when we had a request.

Pros: Relatively quiet area, although there's no reception desk the reception was quite responsive to our requests.

Cons: We knew when booking that this hotel was a bit further away from the station. A solid 10 minute walk each way may not be east for everyone. Luckily we were able to take our luggage straight to Nippori Station to use the Skyliner.

An interesting location which gave another perspective on Tokyo. Hotel is in effect remotely run so no personal contact.

Pros: Very much an air b n b style stay. No receptionist etc but all worked well. Room small but comfortable and clean. Location is ok and access to centre of Tokyo is possible in 20 minutes from hotel.

Pros: 1. STRATEGIC LOCATION and quiet neighbourhood 2. 5 MINUTES WALK TO Shim-Mikawashima Station for easy access to Ueno Station. 3. 11 minutes walk to Nippori Station for direct access to Narita Airport Terminal 2 via Keisei Skyliner 4. 6 minutes walk to Inageya Arakawa Nishi-Nippori supermarket for groceries 5. Spacious room & value for money compared to other Tokyo hotels Highly recommended & looking forward to stay again for next Tokyo trip.

Cons: 1. Not enough cooking utensils 2. Chopping board not provided
