Pros: The room was clean and the bedding were confortable. In front of the suidobashi station and at athe corner of a 7 eleven.

Cons: There were no AC in the room, or we didnt find the remote controler, but at the end it was toooooo hot in the room, we were 3 and the room is a bit tiny, with a window that we cant completely open .. so it was really hot in the room. Something also strange : the sink was on the table in the room and the bathroom had a glass door... you had only a curtain to separate the room from the bathroom. It was kind of weird for me to design a room like this ...

Good location, but bad experience of staying

Pros: We booked this hotel for one reason, near the Tokyo Dome as possible. And it did! It only took us five minutes when we left the concert, and it is such a relief when you don't need to rush to catch the underground with the crowd. Apart from that, the room is also very clean. We can even get to open three suitcases in our three people room! (which is almost impossible for other Tokyo hotels)

Cons: The SOP of check-in is definitely need to be improved. I booked two rooms for our family trip, and the front desk asked us to provide our passport. It was okay until they asked us 4 times for them to copy because there is always 1-2 people's passports are missed in the system. At the 3rd time, I double checked with the front desk, and clarified now they had all our passports, yet, when we checked out, the front desk asked us the 4th time that they missed one of our passport, and would like to copy again. It was super annoying when you were notified you were lack of documents and need to provide passports over and over everyday while it was totally not our fault but the system or manual work's. This definitely affected our experience of staying here.

Pros: Everything! The JR is only literally a stone throw away! Room was spacious and comfortable as a corner room. The twin beds are placed together so total bed size is huge! The toilet and bathroom was separate. The hotel is quite new so everything works efficiently especially the aircon control during winter. For some reason this hotel room air is not as dry, i.e. about 30-40% RH whereas other hotels could be 20+% only. Once you shower you leave the bathroom door open the humidity rose to 50-60% for the whole night which was comforting. There are 3-4 familymart in the area. Tokyo Dome area was very near for shopping and food. There are 4 washing machine and a microwave in the building.

Cons: The sink was at the room table, not in the toilet nor bathroom, so need to be careful about water splashes.

An excellent choice for Tokyo Dome concerts with a great breakfast, but be aware of the train noise.

Pros: I stayed here specifically for a concert at the Tokyo Dome. 1. The location is perfect, and it's a short walk back after the show, so we didn't have to squeeze onto crowded trains. The breakfast was delicious, particularly the fresh vegetable salads. 2. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the front desk staff spoke fluent English. 3. Also, the internal soundproofing is excellent. Our room was right across from the laundry room, but we couldn't hear any noise from it at all.

Cons: 1. I wanted to dine at the downstairs restaurant, but the outdoor heaters were not turned on (making the terrace too cold to sit in), and the indoor seats were always full. 2. Also, my room was on the 4th floor, very close to the JR train tracks. You can feel the vibrations and hear the trains passing. I personally wasn't bothered, but my family was woken up by the noise every morning. I would not recommend this hotel (or at least the lower floors) if you are a light sleeper sensitive to train noise.

Fantastic hotel and outstanding staff

Pros: Clean modern hotel, the staff are exceptional so friendly and very helpful. All our hotels were great for our stay but the staff made this one the best

Pros: Great location! Only 1 minute to the train station! Delicious food downstairs.

Cons: Not at all! But if only the price could be cheaper. Haha!

Pros: The location was right near two stations which was very convenient The room was a big size Overall the cost was good

Cons: Only thing was the room layout was a little annoying, especially as the sink was on the other side of the room from the toilet.
