A Gem in Jimbocho

Pros: Walking distance to Jimbocho subway station, convenience stores and local ramen Staff were friendly, polite and helpful Coin-op laundry a lifesaver

Cons: Rooms can be tight for bigger people. Not much space between foot of the bed and the wall.

Convenient hotel with decent amenities and good restaurant situation nearby.

Pros: Cleanliness, scrambled eggs, larger bathroom than normal!

Cons: Huge netted open space between floors(don't like heights), distance from subway, no side tables, and mattress slid along the boxspring too much.

Great location and quiet neighbourhood

Pros: Great location to get easily around Tokyo. Really friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed.

Cons: Nothing it’s a little small but to be expected in Tokyo!

Cosy and small twin beds, zzzzz!

Pros: Staffs were very helpful and patient with me and my friend for finding the places with transportations(how to get there by trains vs taxi) comparing the prices. 7-Eleven store is across the street nearby. We just need the twin beds to sleep at night so we could go out the tours and shopping around the Tokyo daytime.

Cons: The room is really small but the most important is the bed to sleep that we need.

Nice stay away from the madness

Pros: Nice quiet location, nice escape from the congested neighborhoods.

Cons: Beds were a bit hard and we could have used more frequent (daily) simple housekeeping like garbage and towels. We were getting some services near-daily but full housekeeping is every 3 days. Very small room, which is probably standard in Tokyo at this price point. The bathroom was a fair size, but nowhere to put anything. Wall cubbies and more hooks would be so helpful.

Great Stay

Pros: Location was great, it was a quiet area but had two underground stations very close by. There is a great 7-11 across the street, which is super convenient for breakfast or a late night snack. There were a lot of free amenities, including pijamas. Staff was super nice and helpful. The rooms are small but that was expected.

Quiet stay just outside central Tokyo

Pros: Situated in a very calm neighbourhood, well connected by subway to central Tokyo. Staff always available to help. Decent breakfast for European standards. Possibility to store luggages after check-out.

Cons: Room and bathroom size - very very small.

Pros: - the staff - the location (very good for visiting the imperial palace and its gardens)

Cons: - the room was a bit small

Pros: Staff is really friendly. Hotel is comfortable and good location.

Cons: Everything went well

Would definetly come back!

Pros: Free small apetizer for the afternoon, the hotel room was bigger than expected, smell nice too. The staffs are very kind and professional, and also free coffee, great free comics, and the onsen was exceptional. Bonus : there's a smoking area a lot of hotels don't have. And the location is perfect. not far from the train station, downtown area, etc.

Cons: Overall, i don't find any defect on service nor the hotel itself so i could say that I absolutely adore this hotel.
