Pros: Staff were very helpful and room very clean and tidy. Room was small but had everything we needed. The bathroom was generous in size.

Pros: I was going to a concert at Tokyo Dome. This was the perfect location! Just a short walk to the venue. Also conveniently located next to the subway/train station. There's a convenience store, cafe, and restaurants all nearby.

Pros: What a great find, our expectations were exceeded. The staff were helpful and friendly. Luggage storage is available. The self serve breakfast (western or Japanese) is a fantastic idea and good quality. The room was on the larger size for the area. Great location, a few minutes walk to Tokyo Dome, the train station and great food.

We had a lovely stay and I would stay again.

Pros: I loved the smart look with a modern fresh style. The location was excellent being a short walk from a station and konbini stores and restaurants. I particularly liked having a washing machine in the room that was also a dryer.

Cons: The two breakfast choices were disappointing.

Great location for city exploration

Pros: Great location with easy access to multiple train stations and restaurants, all in walking distance. High cleanliness standard, friendly staff.

Cons: I was not impressed with the receptionist telling me during check-in around 1pm that my room is already ready, but I could have it only after 3pm, unless I pay 2000 Yen extra. The room was really tiny.

lovely friendly and pleasant stay in a quiet and local feeling neighbourhood

Pros: friendly staff. easy check in and out. very clean room. availability of amenities. water temperature and pressure were good. washer-dryer in the room was perfect. spacious downstairs. fast wifi. microwave and fridge and freezer. all were good. location was good for us close to station. we enjoyed it very much.

Cons: pillows were very flat and not supporting the head or neck at all. no drinking water provided in room.
