Enjoyable

Pros: Very central, clean facilities and available for late night check in.

Cons: Very busy, only small elevators and small reception. Had trouble paying once I got there so had to pay via booking.com.

Pros: Great location, within walking distance of Shinjuku Station and right next to the beautiful Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. Highly recommended! +++++

Somehow worthy. Good location fair price

Pros: Location next to metro subway. Everything else was pretty much as good as Japanese hotel standards.

Cons: Reception staff spoke poor English. There were many employees working, however the check in process had to be done “by yourself” through a computer screen, very slow, software not too well developed. Staff was not so helpful with that neither. We asked for late check out, they said it was possible (but for some reason didn’t mention that we had to pay extra). When checking out, we spent (and this is not a joke) 20 minutes in the corridor of our floor waiting for an available lift (There were 3 of them)

Small rooms, very clean, excellent location.

Pros: Great location, easy to check-in and store our bags for a few extra hours. Rooms were clean and very simple - on the smaller side but the location is great.
