Cute, clean, comfortable, conveniently close to transportation in a very nice residential area.
Pros: Cute, modern, clean, comfortable and close to the location I needed to be in the early morning. close to transportation, check in and check out are automatized and there is also a nice cafè on the groundfloor.
Cons: Maybe by european standards the shower / toilet is quite minimalistic, but I appreciated it in a solo trip.

Fantastic and clean stay, best value for money
Pros: The hotel is super convenient, clean and good value for money. We ended up coming back during our time in Japan, and will continue to do so. Best hotel and neighbourhood in this price category.

Pros: Good location, the rooms include a stove, a powerful microwave, an automatic bidet, etc. and are clean and modern
Cons: The rooms are small, as well the shower and the toilet, and don't have much natural light

Pros: Location is walking distance to Hatsudai station, there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, too.
Cons: The entrance gate could have a tiny roof for when it is raining and you need to check on your phone the pin number to enter.

Pros: Easy check in, that's the only time when I saw staff. I did it in the Cafe, nice place with nice staff. After that I didn't see anyone on my floor. Its more like a little apartment. Really really small (single room) but very thought- through arrangement. U got everything you need, small cooking space, sink, shower, toilet, little desk and of course a bed. The hotel itself is closer to shunjuku station (around 10-15min by foot) than shibuya. You have everything in the area: etro station, conbinis, drug stores, restaurants and bars. Very good choice!

Pros: The space was very compact, just as I expected, but it was used efficiently. I stayed there on my own this time, so the small room didn’t bother me at all. Having a microwave, washing machine, and sink was really convenient. I was actually quite surprised by how comfortable the space was!
Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like. I usually turn on the TV to check the time, but since there wasn’t one—which I absolutely didn’t mind—it might be nice to have a wall clock or an alarm clock in the room to easily see the time.

A quiet, well equipped hotel out of the hustle and bustle
Pros: This hotel is small but set up with everything you could need, including a washing machine, microwave etc. The cafe below the hotel is delicious and a great place to go for an easy affordable breakfast. (They have muesli and yogurt as well as baked goods). The staff were extremely helpful, responsive via email and lovely. It was soooo quiet at night!
Cons: I found it very easy to get around but I would say that the hotel isn’t located in central Shibuya. It’s close to a railway station but you may have to change at Shinjuku for the correct line. After a few days exploring Tokyo I came to enjoy that it was not right in the middle of the city but it is something to be aware of! (There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores etc nearby anyway) There is no elevator so you will need to carry your suitcase up stairs.

well equipped, nice hotel with good location - perfect for londer stays - thanks to washing machine
Pros: It is very well equipped, air conditioner, washing machine (with ditergent gel), hairdryer, microwave, fridge, kettle - everything what you need. Shaving gel, toothbrush, razor, good quality shampoo and shower gel, everything you need. Everything has manual in english, after it easy to use all machines. The location is quite good, Shinjuku station and Shibuya Cross are both very close, 15-20 mins by public transport. For a few days, perfect for travelers, it has everything what you need. I returned this hotel after my first stay.
