Pros: Had an excellent stay at Mimaru! 🌟 The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for a comfortable stay. Everything was thoughtfully set up, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Cons: The location is slightly further from the station

Great family accommodation on quiet side of Shinjuku

Pros: The room was spacious quiet & warm - we didn’t hear any other guests or need to use the heating. Close to No.1 government building where you can get a great view for free from level 45. The kitchen was great. Everything we needed eg microwave, sharp knife, cling wrap, fridge, plenty of bowls/plates. The table and chairs perfect. Bathroom design very helpful for sharing. The bed design was also great giving everyone a little privacy.

Cons: Only problem was positioning of shower head outside bath which made it difficult to keep water off the floor. If we were meant to shower outside the bath - there was no stool to sit on. Milk and some teabags in the room would have been appreciated.

Great for families and good amount of space.

Pros: Room was very spacious. Hotel was very clean. Beds were really comfortable

Cons: Even though it was closer to Shinjuku station still it took around 10 minute walk to the entrance.

No frills, well designed family stay apartment

Pros: MIMARU had great space for a family, a no frills type hotel apartment with practicality at front of mind rather than style. Staff were very warm and friendly and the location in Shinjuku worked well to get around the city.

Cons: Although they had a dedicated smoking room, I found the smell trailed around the lift area.

It was fine. Simple rooms. Nice staff. Held our luggage on our last day.

Pros: A good place to stay if you are mainly just sleeping in room and are travelling as a family. A little quieter which was nice. Corporate area but close some good things.

Cons: It was very simple room and a little far out from station. 10 minute walk so not too bad.

Quite an experience!

Pros: It’s a nice little apartment fitted with a dining table and cooker. We got to make a hot meal! We can borrow many things from the front desk (such as laundry balls) so it’s quite convenient. We experienced tremors. Although the staff was unable to speak English, when we went and used a translator app, they managed to assure us that we are safe.

Cons: There’s static everywhere, esp the door knob! I felt the train station was quite a walk from the hotel. As alternative, we took buses instead.
