Perfect for a family stay in Tokyo!

Pros: Such a well connected location! And lovely vibes, comfortable room and the onsen with views over Ueno Park - unforgettable!

Cons: The breakfast buffet was quite basic and not included in the room rate

Would recommended to friends.

Pros: Awesome sized family rooms with plenty of space for a family of 4 plus luggage. Location was perfect next to Ueno Park - kids loved the little playground there. There were so many options for different train lines that it made getting around Tokyo very easy.

Great location hotel with lovely comfortable spacious rooms

Pros: Great hotel for a short stay with good location for returning to Tokyo on the Shinkansen and then getting to airport. Lovely spacious and comfy family room with city views. We loved the room. The onsen was immaculate and beautiful with lovely amenities and incredible views over the park.

Cons: The baths in the onsen werent hot enough. The outdoor one was tepid at times which was a shame as it was such a cool bath overlooking the park. The onsen itself is beautiful though - just need to make the baths hotter!

Pros: The room was spacious and perfect for our family of four. The washing machine in the bathroom was an excellent addition. The room was spotlessly clean and very cosy with great lighting and lots of seating. The onsen on the top floor was incredible and well used by our group. The location was perfect for dinners, access to trains and exploring Ueno and beyond.
