WONDERFUL

Pros: The location of the hotel is perfect.. its very close to Euno Station... and family mart was located just opposite of the hotel with is super convenient .. and the area around the hotel is just perfect..

Cons: The bed was alittle bit small to my expectation but guess it does the job because we stay to rest while we spend the days mostly outside exploring.

Really loved it and would stay again for location and for the style of room we had was so cute.

Pros: So close to everything including train station. Loved the beds, sooo comfy! Loved the Japanese style room- so fun. And the pjs you get to wear.

Cons: Just the street in general is a little sketchy- night workers if you get me… but, we are a family of 5 and we just went in and out of hotel- don’t hang around that street:

STAY IN THE PRIVATE ONSEN ROOM. It is WORTH it!!

Pros: The private Onsen and garden was a beautiful touch. i definitely enjoyed staying in the annexure. It was a beautiful touch and the room was the largest I've stayed at in any Tokyo hotel.

Cons: The lobby in the main hotel building only has 1 escalator, this means if there are many people checking in the staff must change the direction of the escalator frequently.

Very convenient spot.

Pros: Very convenient location for a last night in Tokyo if you head to the airport the next day. Close to Keisei lines.

Cons: Very humid and smell of mold in some parts of the hotel.

Pros: Location is top notch. It’s near the Keisei Skyliner station which took me straight to Narita airport in about 30 minutes or so. Pretty close to shopping alleys, street food, Ueno Park, and stations are minutes away. Friendly staff! They greeted me with a smile every time. It was scalding hot with the summer weather but it was eased by their smiles. Will definitely stay again!

Cons: The elevator has this musty smell which is understandable since the hotel is quite old. Probably caused by the weather as well, making it humid.

Friendly service and nice room in a convenient but slightly seedy location.

Pros: Convenient location, close to multiple train stations. A 7/11 is just across the street, and there's numerous restaurants around. The front staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Not so much a mark against the hotel but a heads up that the area it is in is a bit seedy. There are gentleman's clubs around so if you're walking around at night, you'll see a lot of well dressed girls standing outside buildings. A heads up that the bath/shower has very high sides, so if you're not super flexible or have bad balance, this may not be the best for you. There is also a panel near the bathroom that sticks out and could potentially cause damage to people entering/exiting the bath (photo attached).

Pros: This is the 2nd time I stay here. Location is perfect, walking distance to Ueno Park & station. The nearest station is Ueno Hirokoji (Ginza line) is just 2 min walking. The room is newly renovated. We got room with balcony. The staff are nice & helpfull.

Pros: I love the location as it is walking distance to everything (station, Donkki, drugstores, 7/11, Family Mart, Ameyoko shopping street, Ueno Park). Everything is 3 to 7 minute walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful, too. They even helped me with carrying my luggages and they let us leave luggages in their hotel at check-out. There's also an indoor play area for kids which is a plus!

Cons: Room is small, but that's okay since we're only there to sleep.

Fantastic room in a great location with an added bonus of the balcony

Pros: Fantastic location 2 mins walk either side of hotel to different subway lines. We stayed in the top floor apartment with a balcony a rare find in Tokyo. The room size was fantastic, so big had two double beds and a sofa bed with seating area too, very clean great amenities. Had a Don Quito opposite the hotel which was a great bonus so didn’t have to carry those heavy bags far. Had 7/11 and family marts literally outside loads of place to eat and shop all within walking distance. Great location for a group highly recommended.

Cons: Bathroom water supply played throughout the stay don’t know if it was weak water pressure wasn’t a major problem but at the same time was inconvenient
