Pros: The hotel is very nice, great design, spacious rooms, nice staff.

Cons: A bit noisy at times cuz of the highway passing right behind the building.

Do Yourself a Favour....

Pros: The place is superb....cool, well appointed, nicely located, with the rooms having a record player, nice mini bar, comfy bed and great industrial chic style. Bar and cafe and fantastic too.

Cons: Restaurant is ok, and late check-out fee (when asked) was unwelcome.

The decor is out of this world!

Pros: The room is the perfect oasis in the heart of Tokyo. The bed was soooo comfortable and I loved having the record player in the room. Absolute perfection.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic service in Nihombashi

Pros: Amazing room, bathroom was great. Shower was lovey. Record player in the room was a great touch with a small collection of records. Easy to get into Gion and other areas of central Tokyo

Beautiful boutique hotel in central Tokyo

Pros: The property is small and thoughtfully designed, which I loved. I stayed in a K5 room and it was spacious with lovely little touches throughout, e.g., turntable with a small selection of records, herbal tea for the evening, etc. The bar downstairs is small but well done and the bartender has a decent selection of Japanese gin, and he made a mean Negroni. As for the location, my opinion is that the Tokyo subway is excellent and there are stations everywhere so no matter what location you choose to stay in Tokyo you can be wherever you want in 20-30 minutes (also, I absolutely did not want to stay in Shibuya or Shinjuku, so the location was great for me). Nearest subway stop is maybe 3-4 min walk away.

Cons: There isn’t anything I didn’t like. The only improvement that could be made is to the small cafe downstairs; while I didn’t try it, that was because the menu was limited. They focus on waffles and a slightly odd assortment of other items, instead of just offering a simple Japanese or Continental breakfast.

Beautifully designed hotel with very comfortable beds

Pros: The hotel is in a building which has been refurbished in a very beautiful and delicate way. The materials chosen for the floors, the joinery detailing in the bedroom, the lighting design, are all beautifully and carefully chosen. A very nice detail is the record player in the bedroom and the music was on as we entered our bedroom!

Pros: Beautiful stunning rooms. Very well equipped with gorgeous self care products. View of carpark not what we expected for price we paid. Arrived 9pm so maybe our room was taken with street view as per booking
