Incredible Location, Comfy Bed, Clean

Pros: The location is brilliant, so close to the Osaki station. The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Bed was very comfortable and it was a perfect start for our week going through Japan

Pros: The hotel is super nice and very clean! The area around the hotel is super quiet even though it is practically next to Osaki station!! If you want a comfortable, clean and quiet place to stay in Tokyo, this is the place to be! The staff is super friendly!

Comfortable

Pros: Close to train station - it’s linked via a walkway at 2nd floor. Recep is at 4th floor, there is a table of disposable amenities that you can grab whatever you need before going to your room. 10th floor has a laundry room - coin operated wash and dry machine. Lots of food options around and there are 2 malls nearby with supermarkets. Room has a humidifier.

Cons: Only thing I don’t quite like is the waiting time for the lift.

Really comfortable and great location.

Pros: Location was great right next to Yamamoto line and convenient for travel connections. Breakfast was really good value and more intimate setting compared to some of the other big chains. Room like most of Japan was exceptionally clean. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Cons: The lift / elevator keeps opening at reception on 4th floor even when you don’t need to stop there. This didn’t bother us but might be more annoying for the staff who always had to greet customers even if it was just because the lift doors opened.

Pros: Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Location is close to the Osaka station that we can easily commute to the downtown Tokyo area. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

Pros: English-speaking staff available. Very near train station, easy to go to Haneda Airport (half-an-hour car ride).

Fantastic location

Pros: Fantastic location. It takes less than a five minute walk to Osaki station, which is part of the Yamanote Line. So you can get to places like Shibuya in 15 minutes. Rooms were clean and included AC, bathtub, TV, fridge and large bed. Staff was very friendly and it was also easy to communicate in English.
