Great place for a straightforward, practical stay

Pros: great location, very helpful staff, room well equipped, especially for a longer stay (clothes washing machine and microwave in room)

Cons: No complaints - just typical Tokyo stuff - no view from room!!

Comfort Stay

Pros: I liked the washing/drying machine in the room. Besides that, the room has a microwave oven for reheating food. Also, it was nice and tidy. There were two convenient stores nearby.

Cons: The TV could not receive TOKYO MX, I could not watch the anime at midnight. Moreover, there were some bars nearby and those annoying staff from those bars kept standing outside the street at midnight to draw your attention.

Comfortable stay at EXIT C1b of Ikebukuro Station

Pros: Very close to C1b exit of Ikebukuro station so it’s convenient to get around. Amenities like toothpaste/brush, tea etc. available throughout the stay. The washing AND drying machine is a life saver in the room. Despite there is no daily cleaning, they empty the trash bin and provide new towels if requested.

Cons: Some places would need more attention for cleaning like air exhaust fan (was very dusty) and the place between the back of the toilet seat lid and the wall. But overall the room was clean.

Convenient place

Pros: There is a washing machine in the room. The room is decent size. It's slightly bigger than the previous hotel that I have stayed in Tokyo. The location is quite convenient.

Cons: But there washing machine is only washing and not drying. So we have to dry it somewhere else. The location is convenient in Ikebukuro. However, at night it's a little bit creepy since there are a lot of clubs nearby. The good thing is that they won't bother you even though you are walking alone in midnight.

Fantastic clean rooms

Pros: Convenient location near to Ikebukuro station. Rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy. There was a washer dryer which was incredibly useful. There is a water dispenser and coffee machine on the ground floor. They have just done a renovation of the ground floor so it was modern and clean.

Cons: Room is very small. It's also not on the convenient side of Ikebukuro station, to get to the area with Sunshine Mall and all the main shops you have to walk through Ikebukuro station which takes about 15 minutes, it's a very busy and loud station.

I would stay here again, easily accessible by train and very comfortable.

Pros: The overall cleanliness, the staff and the access to breakfast, water, ice and coffee.

Cons: The location was interesting, not necessarily bad, just close to a lot of maid cafes and love hotels.

Pros: The opportunity to fetch breakfast in the afternoon is exceptionally helpful for us because we needed to head to the conference in the morning. The washing machine in each room has drying capabilities.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel — truly great value for money! It’s conveniently located near the train station, making it super easy to get around. The staff were incredibly helpful and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!
