Great hotel with easy access to station.

Pros: Great value. Loved the free, tasty breakfast and Onsen. Easy to access public transport as the C1 station entrance is next door. Plenty of eateries around.

Pros: I love their breakfast and the fact that we could have other types of pillows. The location was okay. Although it was near an elevator, it was difficult to locate it after we are in the main ikebukuro Station. The amenities were great too!

Great hotel in a great location

Pros: Great location close to public transport. The staff were very helpful and the hotel facilities were excellent from the hot spring to the welcome drinks every day. I would recommend this as a place to stay to explore Tokyo.

Cons: Breakfast could have maybe had a few more international varieties but it was good to try new things.

Excellent choice for Ikebukuro

Pros: Great location for exploring Ikebukuro and nearby parts of Tokyo. Very good staff which is not always on site. Bathhouse in the building, and clean, functional rooms.

Pros: The location is perfect. Next to the JR station on the Yamanote line which makes travelling within Tokyo quite easy. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out process is very simple. They helped me with Yamato luggage forwarding service forms. The rooms are good and clean. I stayed in their standard room. Its good for a single person. They provide all basic amenities and the breakfast is also nice with good amount of options. The onsen was nice as well. Especially after walking all day, it was perfect to relax. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for others as well.

Cons: I didn't face any problems during my stay. Some may think the rooms are small but most hotels in Tokyo are like that.

Pros: Staff was great, liked the hotel facilities in general. The area is super busy, plenty to do and quite interesting to observe

Cons: The rooms were of course very small, but that was somewhat expected.

It was a complete and enjoyable experience staying at this hotel.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent and I loved how good it was. Japanese breakfast is always good. I also how clean the room was when I entered with all the amenities available.

Cons: I would have preferred to have a more flexible time to get the amenities as I was away for most of the day.
