Good value for money and central
Pros: Great location, helpful and nice staff member informed me when a car park got freed up.
Cons: Only 1-2 carparks so can be a bit misleading when it says free parking on site. We were lucky we got one after a few hours, so that was good! but if you dont get one it's quite expensive to park nearby overnight etc.

Pros: I booked the smallest room type, and while the bedroom was compact as expected for Japanese hotels, the bathroom was outstanding. It has separate wet and dry areas and a large bathtub that comfortably fits two people—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hotel is a short walk from the station, not too far, and the surrounding area has plenty of restaurants without being crowded. If I visit Tokyo again, I’d love to stay here because the spacious bathroom and reasonable price make it a great choice.

Pros: The room was so nice and spacious! Very clean, except for the bathtub looked a bit dirty, not much but enough for you to realise! The rest of the facilities very clean nice and comfortable! The staff is super kind and friendly, we had a great stayed, the best room of our 2 weeks vacation in Japan!
Cons: Just the bathtub thing!

Pros: Great place to stay for couples! The rooms have a spacious bathroom and spa as well as a separate toilet and sink area. This is a love hotel however, does not give love hotel vibes at all!
Cons: Bed was a little bit firm but as expected in Japan

Exceptional amenities, a perfect location near Ikebukuro, and restorative touches made this stay unforgettable.
Pros: It was very conveniently located near to Ikebukuro station. The amenities in the room were exceptional. I loved the stone sauna in the room. Extra large comfy bed and plenty of room to move around. The spa bathtub was lovely after long days walking around Tokyo. I would definitely stay again and have recommended to my friends and family.

Consistent and reliable as always, small mistakes always get fixed
Pros: The room we ended up with on night 2 had all the amenities we expected, clean, affordable and in a good location to reach the main ikebukuro train station for sight seeing, was happy with our stay here.
Cons: Initially was given a room with a narrow bath, missing parts on the hairdryer, missing chair at the mirror - I have been in this hotel a number of times so it can be very obvious when you have a room with missing items, or a more narrow bath without a tv etc. however the girl at the desk kindly changed the room for us on the second day, so this wasn't too much of an issue. On checkout day my partner's t-shirt was missing, though housekeeping did locate it and return it to us in time, it seemed to have gotten caught in the laundry changes and moved between rooms. All small issues that were very quickly fixed, I appreciate the staff here.

Love hotel
Pros: Great place to stay as a couple. Room was smaller than it looks in the pictures but was stylish, fun and in a good location. Bathroom was S-tier. Would stay again

Pros: Hotel was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect. I'll definately recommend to everyone who is looking for a place to stay in Tokyo. The room was big enough and everything worked well. You can't tell that this is a love hotel.

Love hotel - solo female travellers beware; very comfortable hotel with amenities and good service
Pros: A lot of amenities, very clean, spacious, comfortable bed, good customer service. Nice hotel if you're going as a couple or a solo male traveller.
Cons: As a solo female traveller, it was quite scary hearing weird grunts when i walked to the elevators and past other rooms, and there was loud banging at night from other neighbouring rooms. The ad didn't say this was a love hotel, so I unwittingly booked it because it was a great price. The location is convenient, as it is near the station, however beware of walking around late at night and being approached by men (I was solicited by a local man in the area on my way back to the hotel from Don Quijote). The rooms do not have natural lighting, so doing my daily makeup was a bit difficult.
