Pros: Clean, friendly staff, convenient location with shop in basement

Cons: Rooms were on the smaller side

Pros: Very clean and nicely located at about 10 minutes or less from different metro lines, the room had a good size (proportional to Japanese standards) and the staff was very polite and available, we recommend!

Cons: There was nothing wrong really, not a 5 star hotel but true to description

Would recommend to anyone going to Tokyo

Pros: The hotel was modern, clean and had everything that we needed. Having a gym was a bonus. The rooms are compact, but all hotel rooms seem to be in Tokyo and was definitely still fine with two people staying there with luggage. We opted in for the breakfast which was great. We ended up extending our stay by one night. Hotel is easily accessible by two train lines only a short walk away. Nice area - much more relaxed than other parts of Tokyo.

Cons: Can't think of anything we didnt like.

Cons: Bit costly and small rooms that is common in Tokyo

Hotel was a pleasant surprise all around. Minato is a quiet area to spend a few days in Tokyo.

Pros: Clean, comfy beds and good toiletries. Conveniently located above a 7/11 and with lots of restaurants in the area. Conveniently near to airport shuttle by taxi or by foot. Shuttle to Narita is a little under 2 hours.

Cons: The really hard 2nd pillow (memory form?) but fortunately the other one was better. @17m2 a couple need to take turns opening luggage.

Pros: The location is about a 5-7 minute walk from the nearest subway station. The room was okay, though compact, which is typical for Tokyo hotels. It was very clean, even though the cleaning service was only every 3 days, as noted in the reservation.

Cons: The hotel breakfast was exceptional, with lots of variations and very tasty. The location is quiet but still close to multiple restaurants, just about a 2 to 3-minute walk.

Nice stay in a good location hotel

Pros: Location in not too far from metro station. And the value for money for a clean room with nice amenities and good breakfast.

Cons: the room is quite small. We had 2 big luggages and 1 cabin luggage. we almost cant move around.
