Great location

Pros: The location was great for getting around Tokyo, as well as having a lot in the area. The breakfast included was really convenient and all the staff we dealt with were great!

I had a great time staying here. The location was perfect. Perhaps umbrellas coukd be made available on rainy days .

Pros: It’s very close to the train station, family mart,7/11 and Lawson are so close by, very convenient . The breakfast is the highlight . Lots of nutritious dishes. Clean & well staffed.

Cons: The front desk staff could have been more friendlly and helpful .

Pros: 6 min walk from Ikebukuro West N Station. Lots of eateries- standing sushi bar so good that we went back twice, Chinese dumplings...convenience shops. About 15 min walk (with luggage) for airport limo pick up to Haneda airport.

Cons: Not exactly a deal breaker but the toilet-bowl is abit on the smaller sized.....its the same through out most of the japan's hotel so one just have to discover the comfort spot/pose oneself. You might want to request for 1 more pillow.
