Pros: It was a great location, easy access, clean comfortable and very spacious!

Pros: Beautiful modern and clean room . Bed were very comfortable.

Cons: Stairs to the 2nd floor were tricky with a large suitcase.

Pros: The overall for the hotel is great(very big, clean and provided all necessary items). I would like to use it next time I go to Tokyo :-)

Cons: You need to carry the luggages by using the stair ONLY You cannot leave your luggage at hotel both before/after check in.

Cons: I wish the WiFi name and password was written on a piece of paper or something. It was simple enough to reach out and ask the staff, but it would have been more convenient to include it on the room guide book.

Pros: The room was spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, the aircon was strong which was perfect for summer, and the fridge even had a freezer which was a great bonus. The kitchen was a good size, and the bathroom was modern and clean. We also really appreciated the TV with Netflix and other streaming services, as most places only have Japanese channels. Self check-in using the code and tablet was very easy and convenient. The location was also handy, with Ueno Park, shops, and plenty of food options all nearby.

Cons: The stairs to levels 2 and 3 were very steep and angled, which made carrying luggage a struggle. Communication from staff was minimal with delayed responses, and there was no option to store luggage before or after check-in, this worked okay for us but just something to consider. The photos showed a washing machine, but this isn’t available in every room, so we couldn’t use one. Security-wise, it would feel safer if there was a main door or gate at the bottom of the stairs, as currently you can walk straight to the room doors from the street. We also found the relax room let in a lot of light in the mornings without a blind.

Pros: It was clean and there are all kitchen utensils in the room The room size was bigger than usual in Japan.

Cons: This is not a hotel, but more like an airbnb. The room entrance is at the street side, so not much privacy and safety. U can not reach anyone if u need something urgent. Providing a whatsapp number would be very helpfull and writing the wifi code somewhere in the room. We had to send a message by booking.com and it took days to answer. There is no cleaning service unfortunately, even we stayed 8 days , but they gave a lot of towels. There was no Iron. U couldnt hang your towels in the bathroom. A space to put your clothes would be so much help. The most frustrating for me was the warm water in the shower. It took minutes before getting warm and while showering it turned cold. Tip: Dont forget to bring a travel adapter. And be prepared for lot of walking. The room is a bit far from public transport.

Quiet, cute and convenient spot

Pros: Quiet, cute and convenient spot in Ueno about 7-10 minutes walk to the station close and around the corner from a 24 hour grocery store and konbini, perfect for late night/early morning snack & coffee runs. Clean, comfortable bed and pretty spacious for a Tokyo accommodation. Would recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in a different area of Tokyo.

One of the BEST hotels we’ve stayed in 🌟

Pros: One of the BEST hotels we have stayed in! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It is in a nice quiet neighbourhood with a 7-eleven just 1 minute walk down the road, and only a short 10 min walk to the underground. The bed was so comfy, everything was so clean and the check in was super easy! If you’re looking for somewhere that’s central to most popular places like Asakusa, Shibuya and Shinjuku, but is also in a nice quiet area would 1000% recommend! 🌟🌟

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The spacious rooms and the easy check-in and check-out procedure. The place is in a quiet street, but close to Ueno station so perfect for transport.

Cons: No metro stations very near.
