Pros: Very close to central Ueno Station, making travel all over Tokyo very easy from this accomodation. Staff are very friendly including to foreigners with profficiency in English. Clean and spacious single room for a very good price.

Pros: the reception staff was lovely and easy to talk to. the location was great as its just around the corner from the euro station with great food options and markets within 5min walk.

Cons: the room wall were a little dirty with scuff marks.

Pros: The room was very clean and tidy. I booked a single room so the space was small, but had just enough room for one person’s luggage and was cosy. All amenities that I needed were provided and the check-in and check-out procedures were seamless.

Pros: The staff at the entrance are very nice and patient, helping me finish the check-in and check-out. The guest can complete the entire check-in and check-out at the machine on the right-hand side of the entrance. The lift needs to tap the key card to activate, which makes me feel safe in this hotel. The location is near Ueno Station, which is a few minutes away. Also, the hotel is next to main Street, but it is surprisingly quiet.

Pros: price is reasonable and location is still close to the station. Room is quite clean.

Cons: the room has a bit smell this time. try to use air refresher but still got some smelling.
