Clean and solid stay option close to Disney

Pros: Location wise is close to Disneyland and also to train station. Can get all the supplies on first floor as well as complimentary coffee. Room had quality electric appliances (Dyson) and was quiet and clean. Solid stay in general. Room size for hotel in Japan is average

Cons: Check-in machines had minor issues, but staff was there to help

Very nice and cozy hotel that exceeded our expectations!!

Pros: Nice and cozy hotel close to the Disney Parks. Room was above expectations! There was even a massage pillow in our room! More comfort than any other hotel we stayed at in Tokyo!

Pros: This hotel was easily one of the best I've ever stayed in. While officially rated three-star, the experience felt genuinely five-star, primarily due to the exceptional attention to detail and the truly wonderful staff. They were incredibly nice and helpful, making our stay memorable. The hotel provides thoughtful amenities, from essential items like phone chargers to luxurious touches like a massage pillow. The lobby is a highlight, offering a generous, complimentary selection of necessities such as bath salts, toothbrushes, tea, and hairbrushes for guests to take to their room. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely choose this hotel again on any return trip to Japan.

Cons: The washing machines are not the best but it's still worth it

Very good hotel close to Disney

Pros: My second stay there. Large very comfortable twin room in as new condition. Very close to Disney, only 2 stations on Keio line. Easy to control room temperature with individual control. Free coffee in the lobby. Although not the closest combining, there IS a 711 not far away.

Cons: It would score 10 except you can't open the windows for fresh air. Very unhelpful male staff member at check in. I had sent a suitcase in advance. He told me it hadn't arrived and unhelpfully made no suggestion to follow up. When I produced the receipt, a female stadd member quickly found it in the luggage room.

Good place to stay near Shin-Kiba station

Pros: Very good location close to Shin-Kiba station. Comfortable bed. Quiet room.

Cons: Rooms and bathrooms are very small, with very little counter space in the bathroom.

Pros: Oh I really loved the room, it was clean and spacious. I also liked the view. The check in was also automated but easy to follow. The hotel and restaurant staff were really nice, especially the oji-san working in the restaurant.

Cons: I wish we could have stayed longer.

Solo traveller

Pros: Fantastic location near trains and Disney, excellent facilities and breakfast. Comfy bed. Held my bags after check out.

Pros: Nice and large room. Worth the price especially when you are planning to go comiket.

No complaints about this hotel.

Pros: This was the most convenient hotel of all the 5 hotels I stayed in Japan on this trip. Check in was quick and friendly, the room was very clean, and the soundproofing was superb. Very close to the train station, has a 24/7 shop on the ground floor, and a neat restaurant.

Cons: Like most hotels in Japan, they did add the charge for a child staying in the room. 7 year old is not an adult, so that was annoying, otherwise all good.

Pros: Great hotel with excellent breakfasts. You can try local or european cuisine.

Cons: The only small thing is a lack of space for storing clothes. There is no closet in the room.
