Western-style accommodation at a reasonable price
Pros: Keypad entry into the suite, spacious Western-style suite, Western style bathroom size and large shower,(good for accessibility and mobility patrons), spacious dining and lounge area, kitchen table and x5 chairs, you could open the windows (fresh air) and access to a balcony to hang washing, good kitchen facilities, had a washing machine, a large Tatami room and a big flat-screen TV with Netflix, Apple, Prime, YouTube options, free Wifi, free toiletries for use, clean towels provided each day and 24-hour reception, great location with access to the local train station, 7-11 across the road, lots of places to eat, shops and supermarkets.
Cons: Noisy as it is right in the middle of the busy central area, could use some updating i.e more comfortable beds, modern shower (for ease of use - still the old cold/hot water taps), lounge furniture, - need a new coffee table and lounge suite, there is a smell (musty, old or similar - in the foyer of the suite and in the bathroom) that could do with a nice smelling freshener but in saying these things - we would definitely stay again for the things we did like.

Spacious accommodation in Arakawa City
Pros: The accommodation is located in Arakawa, which is about 40-60min train/subway ride away from most of the main tourist attractions but getting there is fairly easy. There's plenty of convenience stores in the vicinity of the accommodation and many restaurants as well, but most of these open around 5.30PM. The train and subway stations are just a few minutes away by foot and there's also a small shopping mall next to the train station. The accommodation itself is spacious and has all the main facilities for comfort, however it is a bit worn down.
Cons: The facility and the apartment itself were a bit worn down and the level of cleanliness left a great deal to be desired. It also takes a while to get warm/hot water but there's instructions on what to do in case of such instances that there is no hot water.

Very Clean and Convenient
Pros: Location is good. Coin laundry is just across the street as well as seven eleven. Clean towels are always available. Free umbrella usage helped us on some rainy days. Overall, we had a good stay.
Cons: We were a group of 5 with big luggage as we were travelling for 4 weeks. They put us on the 2nd floor with no elevator (elevator does not go to 2nd floor). We arrived after midnight and were so tired from the flight, and was surprised not to be able to take the elevator to our room. We had to carry all our luggage via stairs.

Larger and more convenient than I expected. Lots of room and comfort for a family of 5.
Pros: This was the perfect hotel for the family to stay. It was amazing how much space there was. The kitchen and laundry facilities inside the apartment made our trip so convenient. A short walk to the train station meant we could easily go wherever we wanted and around the train station were great restaurants, karaoke and supermarkets.
Cons: There were maybe one or two small things that I would discuss with the managers but overall the place was perfect.

Great stay
Pros: I really enjoyed the bathroom as one whole room with the bath and shower, also the clothes drying room. The 7-Eleven across the road was also very handy being so close.
Cons: Every time we left the hotel at night, the street stunk like urine or sewerage.
