Pros: Near train station, good price, no problem with luggage.

Cons: Really cold in winter, especially in the bathroom. A bit of traffic noise from the window.

Pros: Great location, just less than 5 min on foot from metro station. And is just 2 stations away from a major Yamanote line station, which makes it super convenient to reach anywhere in Tokyo.

Pros: Clean and tidy room, the size is actually very decent that I could open 2 large luggages and 1 medium size. Complete amenities, easy check in and check out, close to convenient store and the station.

Pros: Location - 4 mins walk to the closes train station. Facilities - very smart arrangement, small kitchen located at the ground floor for guests to use for free. Coin laundry also located at the ground floor. Room - very clean and modern design. Staff - very friendly

Cons: Don’t think the hotel can do anything about this, just want to remind the future guests who will use the washing machine to prepare at least 2.5 hours to complete a wash and dry cycle.

Pros: Small & modern hotel, very clean and well-equipped. Not in the central but near station.

Cons: Pretty small if you have large luggages, but it is acceptable in Tokyo.

Pros: Great value for money,easy communication with staff who are very nice and polite, nish nippori station 12min walk and connects all over the city,rooms are bit smaller but very practical

Pros: Room spacious and the bathroom is dry wet separate . Room have provided small fridge. And the hotel will well equipped facility. Location is near by mrt station，is convenient and quiet area

Budget friendly and comfortable stay

Pros: Staff were very friendly and the laundrette was very convenient! Love the quiet area, and the closeness to the train station, making it easy to travel to the Shinjuku/ Shibuya area and to Narita Airport!

Cons: The rooms are a little small, but good enough for a stay!

Pros: good price for big room .... it's not easy to find this big room and reasonable price. hotel got extra things like microwave and kitchen stuffs for you if you love to cook location is good, however this toei station doesn't accept 24-48-72 hours metro tickets .... i don't know the reason too. you have to use suica or pasmo to pay separately or if you have jr pass then you can walk 900 meters from nishi-nippori station if you walk from nishi-nippori -- you will see popular noodle shop ... people crazily queue up for it ... it's cheap and big bowl

Cons: room is a little cold if you stay next to window ....so u have to stay away from window .... heater works fine in the room ... just accept the window area
