Pros: I cannot fault this hotel, the staff were polite, professional and very helpful. The beds were very comfy indeed and we slept well. The free coffee, mineral water and icream lolly in the reception was a welcome each day. The trains start early but we are used to that as we love near tracks in Wales. The JR Yamamoto line station at Nishi Nippori is around 200 m away. Very handy for navigating around Tokyo. Loved our time there 🩷🩷🩷

Cons: Can't think of anything. I would dearly like to visit again sometime.

Great stay near Yamanote with exceptional reception staff

Pros: There was almost always someone at the reception. At least one receptionist was multilingual (heard him speak English, Japanese, Chinese and Korean). They were extremely helpful with things like luggage weighing, parcels, and one time my companion left his suica in the lobby accidentally and the receptionist noticed later and returned it to us. Front lobby had all toiletry necessities, coffee machine and icecream fridge. Location was great too, being near Nishinippori on the yamanote line.

Cons: The water in the shower could fluctuate in temperature a bit, and the TV wasn't amazing, but I do think it was expected of how much we paid for the stay.

Pefect for family!

Pros: Spacious! There's ample space for you luggage and shoe area. The room we booked was a western tatami. Free icecream, coffee, and tea at the lobby. With coffee biscuits (biscoff) Staff was VERY friendly! Multiple amenities in the lobby (self serve) 5min walk to subway, 7min walk to jr trains

Pros: There is a slightly plump man, sorry don't know your name but your best Man! Always welcome people and smile. You just do more then you have to. Really great person! Clean hotel, I'm allergy person and didn't had problem, also liked the card which says what to clean (need to put card). Was there for 4 night, only down side for me the vent in bathroom.. Noice from train didn't bother me much. Great location, little pricey

Cons: The extractor hood didn't really helped to dry the bathroom, air conditioner was pretty dirty compare to other Tokyo hotels

Amazing how good

Pros: Did a quick book to pick up a friend and was blown away. Cheap and brilliant. Big room. Clean and spacious. Some train noise that would normally worry me but never disturbed. Great stay
