Pros: The apartment was clean and very close to the train station with Elevator. The cafe on the first floor is also convenient to grab a coffee to start the day.

Cons: The beds are great, but considering the size of room, would better fit a family with 2 younger kids, instead of 4 adults. Nonetheless, it was great for a short stay

Pros: Pretty much everything apart from a few small things which aren't even necessary to be honest. The train noise didn't bother us at all as we are heavy sleepers.

Cons: Room was a bit small for 4 luggage and 2 people and there is no laundry services but they really know how to utilise the spaces which we loved and we would stay again

Great place that feels like a small unit and close to station for Narita airport sky access

Pros: The design is amazing feels so spacious for a small place. Only stayed here one night before flight the next day but could have stayed 3 nights. Nice hot shower and living area. The staff are lovely and great cafe attached for breakfast and coffee.

Great stay. Would stay again.

Pros: Great location near station. Good space for two people. Clean. Fresh towels and bin changes daily. Reception staff all lovely! Let us leave our bags early before checking in and when checking out until closer to our departure flight time which was super helpful to make the most of our time in Tokyo.

Cons: Slightly weird smell outside property. Difficulty using washing machine as no other language translation available.

Great location to trains. Clean, comfortable and lovely staff.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and easy to get each morning and the staff were very helpful and polite. Washer/dryer facilities onsite which was very useful and fresh towels daily. Great location to easily catch trains.

Comfortable and convenient

Pros: The room is spacious considering the price and suitable for two people stay. The room can fit 4, but I think 2-3 is just nice, 4 is little crowded. Have a laundry with two washing machine, free of charge and preloaded detergent, very convenient, but have to wait and queue.

Cons: The location is very close to a train line, so the noise can be disturbing. I was dead tired every day so I didn't hear or wasn't bothered, but my other families did say it was a thing. Hotel provide ear plug and eye mask though.
