Tsubame Hotel Asakusabashi 3 minutes walk from Asakusabashi Station Near Asakusa

Pros: Beds were comfy, washing was available as advertised and very useful/convenient/simple to use. The room was nice and big, with everything you could need. The tatami was nice to sit on and the AC was functional, which was a big relief in the cold winter. The location was super convenient too.

Pros: Great location and very friendly and helpful hosts

Cons: The room had a slightly dated feel and could benefit from some refreshing updates—it wasn't quite as polished as the photos suggested. The front desk isn't always staffed and the check-in process was a bit more involved than expected.

Pros: Great location, very central and close to most important city train. Very friendly staff. Perfect checkin procedure, we could easily enter with a code even though we arrived very late at night. Very safe and nice neighborhood.

Cons: Unfortunately very thin walls, in our room (2nd floor) we could directly hear every use of the bathroom and also we were unlucky to have a quite busy family above us, so we only could sleep when they did. But we are very sensitive to this since we have a baby, so no big point deduction there.

Pros: The accommodation is located in a quiet area just 5 minutes from Asakusabashi Station. The room itself was clean and the tatami area was our highlight, we have had enough space for a family of 3. We used the roof top sometimes for dinner or breakfast which was great as the days/nights were still pretty hot. The staff was friendly and helpful. We can recommend the suites and we will come back when travelling to Tokyo.

Pros: The location was great, close to several tube stations and groceries stores. 7eleven was right around the corner. The host was very friendly and helpful, we could feel that he truly cared about this property. The interior was authentic and pleasant to be in.

Cons: The only thing we did not like was the necessity to turn off the conditioner when we left the house. We stayed at the apartment in August and it was always hot outside, nevertheless, the flat inside did not cool down quickly, so after a full day away , when we we’re coming back it was still manageable indoors.

Pros: The convenience of many of the facilities and how easy it could be to pick them up with enough English and Chinese explanations

Cons: There were times the staff wasn’t present meaning some of the services had to be figured out by ourselves, but despite that we could solve the issues and during the times we could get in contact with them, they were very welcoming to assist us.

Pros: The accommodation was very nice and clean, with a great layout and a cozy atmosphere. It’s well located, making it easy to get around the area. The neighborhood was quiet — We didn’t hear any noise during our stay. Overall, excellent value for the money. The host was very responsive and friendly.

Pros: Very clean, close to metro station and convenience stores, great shower, spacious for Tokyo room, excellent wifi. Great connection to narita airport on the way home.

Cons: Everything was fine, but if you were mobility challenged/disabled, sleeping at floor height might be difficult for you. If it is your first time in tokyo, the area you're based in is not the main tourist area (e.g. shibuya/shinjuku) and will require a 25min train ride to get there.

Pros: That place was near the asakusabashi station where it can direct from nartia and haneda airport without changing the train.

Pros: Location of property is quite convenient. Also it's very quiet.
