Would be happy to book again!!

Pros: Everything! The hospitality fron the staff, the room, the area it is. Absolutely worth it and would be happy to book with them again!!

Cons: The pillow was a bit hard for what i usually sleep with but other than that i was happy to use it still

Pros: The room was really good It was kept clean and towels were given almost daily View was lovely

Cons: Room change every 7 days however the new room didn't have the same view as the previous one

Great place to stay !!

Pros: Stayed for one night and it was lovely hotel we stayed at. Great location, convenient store& restaurants near by. Free breakfast buffet was offered & simple but delicious. My daughter got injured before we checked in & one of the staff was so caring, gave us some muscle pain relief patches. We highly recommend this hotel to stay.

Cons: Toilet is very small & we could smell something like fish or oden from each floor.

Typical Toyoko Inn, cheap & practical for Tokyo stay

Pros: Great location, only a few mins walk from the Asakusa line which connects directly to Shinagawa, and one change from Tokyo/Ueno stations. The rooms are typical Toyoko Inn budget style. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons: The beds are a bit hard.

Pros: Staff were excellent, facilities were basic but adequate, location was great for travelling elsewhere

Cons: The cleaners kept the room tidy but I had a few instances where rubbish wasn't fully cleared by them, I found some rubbish on the floor which I had put in the bin previously, just a few little standard practises need to be improved

Pros: My stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff was always attentive and willing to help with every request or process, showing great kindness and professionalism. Everyone was extremely polite and welcoming. The hotel itself met my expectations perfectly and matched the description provided in the listing.
