A home from home

Pros: It's my third time in this hotel and I like it a lot. It's comfortable, rooms are spacious and clean, the location is great (handy for Haneda - 30 minutes on monorail - and many central locations via the Yamanote line) and the staff are friendly and helpful. A real highlight for me is the top floor Japanese public bath open to all hotel guests!

Cons: I don't recommend breakfast there but there are plenty of other options near-by

Super choice for 3-bed rooms!

Pros: The hotel itself is clean and the staff are ready to help and are polite and professional.

Cons: This is a very good location away from the hustle and bustle and yet clad with the convenience of all the combini stores, supermarkets and restaurants.

Perfect hotel: great location, staff, price, room sizes, and views

Pros: Second time staying here and definitely not our last. It’s a fabulous hotel, bigger rooms than most, pleasant friendly helpful staff, great location between Hamamatsucho (JR) and Daimon (metro). It’s my go to now in Tokyo. Easy access to Haneda is the cherry on top

Cons: It was a little hard to regulate the temp of the rooms in winter but manageable

Pros: Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, lots of hot water, bed comfortable.

Cons: The room was small. Location a little out of the way; but subway was convenient.

Pros: Lovely staff, very clean hotel. We chose it because of its convenience for monorail to airport. Not much in the immediate area, but a reasonable walk to Tokyo Tower and well connected by transport.

Cons: There appeared to be no evening meal option or bar

Pros: The location was great, really quiet, the staff was really helpful in helping us send our suitcases ahead to the next hotel.

Cons: Room a bit small considering three people with three big suitcases

Solid quality right in the center of Tokyo.

Pros: Conveniently placed between Yamanote Hamamatsucho, Daimon metro and Monorail to Haneda. Nice, not too busy onsen. Spacious rooms. Brilliantly kind staff.

Cons: One pillow only and not one more to be found in the whole hotel. Had some sleepless nights because of that.

My go-to hotel when I go to Tokyo, medium price but excellent hotel

Pros: This is my go-to hotel when I go to Tokyo Room size and the public bath Very close to a 7-11
