Pros: Spacious, modern, very nicely decorated and great location.

Cons: Not much bin space, quite expensive, and although the area was very quiet the sound insulation wasn’t fantastic, could hear downstairs dragging chairs across the floor etc

Pros: Great location, close to both JR lines and the metro, with a direct connection to Haneda Airport. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped. Check-in was easy, and we recommend completing the pre check-in in advance. The neighborhood is quiet and full of excellent izakayas. The staff we communicated with were always very quick to respond. Absolutely recommended.

Pros: The rooms was amazing as well as the location, close to JR lines, subway and to Haneda.

Pros: Very close to multiple train lines and access to the Shinkansen was great, also very close to Tokyo Tower and other attractions, very conveniently located to shopping and dining, would definitely recommend this accommodation to base yourself if you are looking at exploring Tokyo.

Cons: nothing, place was great, but be sure to register before you arrive to ensure you can promptly access the accommodation

Great stay

Pros: Lovely room and facilities. Lots of space. Very clown and in a quote neighborhood. Check in very simple. Flexible check in time was good.

Cons: It's a shame there's no facility to leave bags in or close by the room if you arrive before you can check in.

Pros: New flat, excellent planning and very good location. 7 minutes to the subway station. We really enjoyed the stay. We will book if we will go to Tokyo.

Pros: The space is perfect for a family of five. It’s conveniently located near the station, and there are also Family Mart and 7-Eleven nearby. The staff is very friendly and always responds quickly to any inquiries. For sure will book again this hotel. 😌

Cons: The cold room. I tried everything the stuff told me, unfortunately the room and the bathroom both were very very cold. I like sleeping in cold room, but cold bathroom was the problem 😂.

Other than the hammering, the stay was excellent.

Pros: Beautiful place. Easy access. Close to train station.

Cons: Construction hammering until 23:00. We were on the 2nd floor and the hammering was in the 1st floor. Very rude of construction workers who were not mindful of disturbing tenants.

Pros: 駅から徒歩すぐで道もわかりやすく、便利なロケーションでした。 お部屋は本当に素敵なインテリアで、備品やアメニティのひとつひとつに至るまでコンセプトが統一されていて、居心地の良い空間でした。まさに「こんな家に住んでみたい」という感じでした。 事前に送っていただくハウスマニュアルも細かい部分まで記載されており、慣れない東京の旅ですが安心して準備できました。 アーリーチェックインの希望にも快く無料で対応していただけました。

Cons: オンラインのハウスマニュアルが非常に細かく記載されているので内容を信じていたのですが、記載のなかったアイロンセットが実際には置いてあったのがちょっとした残念ポイントでした。アイロンがあると分かっていれば荷物をもっと減らせたからです。 また1階では、ドリルを使ったかなり騒音の出る工事をしていました。事前に知らせていただければありがたかったです。

また泊まりたい。

Pros: スタッフが明るくて、レストランの食事がおいしかった。 強いアレルギーを持っている子供がいたが、アレルギー成分を詳しく調べてくださった。
