Pros: The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk to Ueno Station. The room was clean, nice, and fully equipped. A great choice.

An even better spot than we thought

Pros: Great location near Ueno - excellent transport access (very short walk) but far enough from the busy area to be quiet at night. I could not recommend a better location for seeing the eastern side of the Yamanote line (including Tokyo). The Ueno area itself is fantastic for walking both day and night. Hotel was very spacious including the bathroom. 24 hour reception was very helpful as our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until 11:30pm.

Cons: None - exceeded my expectations in every way.

Overall, a very good place to stay in after a long day sightseeing and shopping.

Pros: The size of the room was good, considering other available options. Location was great (short walk to Metro & Shinkansen stations, near Ameyoko Market and plenty of local restaurants).

Great location, lovely staff, comfortable room.

Pros: Great location. 24 hour front desk with friendly staff. Generous with quality complimentary tea, coffee and toiletries. Quiet rooms. In room washing and drying capabilities. QR code link to simple English explanation of how to use everything in the room (tv, AC, toilet, oven, washing machine, etc).

Cons: Hard pillows.

Absolutely perfect

Pros: This hotel is excellent in every way. The front desk staff were outstanding—very professional, friendly, and efficient. The room size is exceptionally large for Tokyo, especially for the Ueno area, which made the stay very comfortable. The location is superb, with both the subway station and the Shinkansen station within very short walking distance, making it extremely convenient for getting around. The room facilities were also very well equipped, with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Great new hotel for a traveling family near Ueno Station

Pros: Great little hotel with very good location. Near the Ueno JR station and catching the shinkansen to Nagano area. Staff were super friendly, the room quiet, and well appointed for our stay. 24hr check-in a nice plus.

Cons: Nothing.
