Convenient, comfortable and nice modern design

Pros: Lovely, spacious room. Big comfortable bed. Good location and lovely staff.

Convenient location. Easy access from train station. Very good quality hotel. Easy access to Ueno

Pros: Room was spacious with all facilities you needed. But the bathroom was in the middle of the room.

Cons: Would prefer separate bathroom to bedroom.

Excellent location to Ueno station, quiet hotel with amazing food!

Pros: Decent size hotel walking distance to Ueno station. Nice and quiet spot. The breakfast buffet was also amazing.

Cons: We couldn’t fault it.

Enjoyable and would stay again

Pros: This was our second stay at this hotel. Love its location so close to Ueno station as well as Skyliner connecting to Narita Airport. Staff are extremely helpful. Breakfasts in particular is excellent with a very good supply of fresh fruit. Very comfortable king size bed.

An exceptional hotel in a quieter part of Tokyo

Pros: Staff were excellent, breakfast options were great, rooms were lovely and a good size for Tokyo. Location was perfect, out the hustle of the city but right next to Ueno Park, Zoo, Museum and market.

Very convenient located Hotel. Quality restaurant. Service less versus other NOHGA Hotels.

Pros: Location close to Ueno station. Lovely neighbourhood with ton of eateries. Great quality restaurant

Cons: Rooms less spacious, though still reasonable for Tokyo standard. Restaurant staff did not seem to care much.

Such a great hotel, it is even better than what you see on the pictures.

Pros: Everything; beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms (much better than it looks in the pictures), fabulous breakfast, in a very nice area. Absolutely would stay again, eyes closed. Great amenities (the tea, the shampoo and shower gel, the bed quality)...

Cons: Nothing. It was perfect.

Amazing hotel and would highly recommend

Pros: Lovely hotel in quiet area. The bed was amazing, always looked forward to a great night sleep. We got the slightly bigger room and totally worth it. We had breakfast for one of the days and it was totally delicious! Would highly recommend as a base in Tokyo and so well connected, we plan to stay again when we stay before we depart Japan.

Cons: Only thing I would say is charging extra for early checkin but it isn’t much
