Israel 🇮🇱

Excellent staff, excellent location, recommended

Pros: Like all hotels in Tokyo, the room is small, but it was enough for us because we walked around all day and only came back in the evening to sleep. The hotel is clean, the staff is exceptionally professional, helpful and very pleasant, everyone speaks English and it was very comfortable. The place is perfect and next time we come to Tokyo we will sleep there again. I highly recommend the hotel

Reasonably priced for an overnight stay near Ueno Station and Keisei Ueno

Pros: The staff. All were very friendly and helpful. One even remembered my face and immediately passed me my room key upon my return to the hotel. The hotel is close to two halal ramen shops. The closest one is about 50 metres away (Ramen Gyumon). The other is about a seven min walk (Ramen Shinjuku tei- tried ramen at their other branch in Shinjuku - delicious!)

Pros: The complimentary breakfast was an amazing bonus – such a delightful surprise! The staff were as friendly as ever. My only small nostalgia is for the sweets and chocolates that were once offered at the front desk—they are fondly remembered!

Cons: I found there has provided double bed room, but they were in high demand and difficult to book.

Pros: Staff were super helpful and accommodating. Location is super convenient, within walking distance to an elevator that leads to Ueno station, great for those with heavy luggages.

Cons: Amenities were very limited, e.g. no shower cap or vanity kit. But that's probably because it's a typical Japanese business hotel.

Great location, close to station but quiet

Pros: The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is 2-3 min walk from Ueno station which is a great starting point to explore the city. It's in a quiet street. Has a laundry space with separate washing and drying machines.

Cons: The rooms are small, we couldn't lay down the baggages.

Good hotel in a great location

Pros: Hotel location is ideal in regards to sightseeing, shopping, dining out and the subway system. Keisei Ueno is very near so travel to Narita airport is easy. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons: Room is a bit small but it had everything I needed. WiFi was a bit choppy!

Pros: Location of hotel amazing, close to train, restaurants and shopping. Staff friendly and most spoke some English. Quiet hotel and location.

Cons: The room was extremely small (standard for Tokyo) as a couple no good. Size ok for solo travellers. The bed and pillow uncomfortable.
