Great stay, perfect for a couple and one other. Clean, comfortable beds, helpful staff.

Pros: Close to Ueno station and perfect for 3 of us en route to snow and delayed because of storms. Staff were very responsive and helpful

Cons: Beware there are two Tosei Hotel Cocone near Ueno and we went to the wrong one first. Staff were incredibly helpful organising taxis to the one we had booked. We were lugging ski gear.

Cons: Central heating system that cant be controlled to suit your need.

Convenient, cleanliness, peaceful, very comfortable Stay in reasonable price.

Pros: Location is easily accessible to many attractive spots. Taking about 5-6mins walk from JR Sta and keisei line (over bridge) made us not struggling reach the hotel. Cleanly safely and peaceful stay for this hotel. Rooftop terrace is scenic impressive (veiw of sunset Tokyo tower is impassable)

I would like to return

Pros: Great location, very nice staff in the hotel. A bit small room, but we had a kid of luggage (4 big bags and 2 carry on). You can get free coffees and hot chocolate at the reception. You can see Tokyo tower from the rooftop.

Pros: The location was really good. Easy walking distance to attractions and train stations. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Can’t wait to be back!

Pros: Absolutely loved this stay! The area is calm, has a few convenience stores just a few mins away, very close to Akihabara. Miss it already and want to come back!

Cons: Nothing to add really. The room is smaller than what many may be used to, but it’s normal for Tokyo and it’s something to expect. We loved it.
