Location, Price and Refined

Pros: I read the reviews about the breakfast area. I thought it was very well manage where by they move you to a waiting area while they prepare the table for you. Great staff who attend to all the very small details while having your breakfast in the morning or cocktails in the evenings. Very large rooms and easy access to trains, taxi and busses. Stayed in the Park suites room and the Garden suites room with the Tatami area. Loved the view of Tokyo Tower. (during breakfast, you have an uninterrupted view of Mt Fuji's peak.) Check in was seamless, professional and friendly staff(with a smile). Stayed at many hotels in Tokyo and found this one top notch. It literally ticked most of my boxes on what I would want when i stay in a 5 star hotel.

Cons: Nothing ill to write about this hotel. I guess you if i would need to pen something down its the availabilities of nearby restaurant. I did however manage to find a splendid Naples sytle pizzeria and some japanese quick dinner within a 10 minute walk. I just opt to take the taxi as it cost between 1500-2500 to end up in Tsukiji or Ginza for dinner. This would be my comments if I really wanted to nip pick.

Overall it was good, I just wished we never had to go to the basement for breakfast.

Pros: I like the view from our room (bunch of trees), it felt intimate like we were not in the city. The breakfast on the 33rd floor has a fantastic view of the tokyo tower and on a clear day, you can see Mt. Fuji plus it has a good selection of healthy food options and there’s a lawson in the basement which was very convenient. The staffs were very attentive and friendly.

Cons: The 33rd floor can be very crowded at times. It was okay to wait 10 min for a table while viewing the Tokyo Tower but to wait 20+ min was disappointing. We didn’t have much time on the last day as we had a train to catch so we ended up going to the basement Chinese restaurant which was pretty depressing compared to the top floor set up. It had no windows and the buffet looked quite sad without the japanese food option. It was not worth paying for.

Comfortable and enjoyable.

Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly. They assisted with our Japan Rail ticket reservation. Close to subway and located right beside Tokyo Tower with great views from the lounge.

Cons: I have to be fair, I would need to really think hard of something I didn’t like about the hotel but then again I’m not pretentious

As expected - very good

Pros: As expected of a 5 star hotel, everything worked and it was a great room. The hotel is impressive, and definitely a good place to stay. The people were nice and helpful in the hotel as well. The gym was also great, small but had the things needed.

Pros: The garden suit we booked was lovely. Quiet at night.

Cons: No japanese breakfast was available which is why we prefer to stay at this hotel, the buffet upstairs is always full and loud.
