Affordable and well located hotel for a family of 4 with teenagers

Pros: Close to transportation and especially the JR station of Hamamatsucho which links to Haneda Airport as well as the well used Yamamoto Line for all the key spots in downtown Tokyo. Also very close to Family Mart and 7-11 for convenience foods and drinks

Cons: Rooms and bathrooms are a little dated but still clean and the price was good so can’t complain really.

Nice stay

Pros: We had a night with single beds & a night with double beds as it was booked out. We preferred the single beds over the double bed room as the room was much bigger. Nice hotel and the staff were friendly & accommodating. Easy access to the subway/trains. Nice walk to Tokyo Tower.

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal! Close to convenience stores and train stations. Amazing view of Tokyo Tower as well!

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was decent and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Good pressure from the shower and deep bath, bit awkward if your 6ft but to be expected.

Pros: Great location very accessible to travel across Tokyo. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Comfortable sized room. Great view of Tokyo Tower from level 14.

Cons: Beds were slightly firm but typical for Japanese hotel

Pleasant Tokyo stay

Pros: Nice breakfast, quiet room, small bathroom, courteous and friendly staff. Close to rail stations.

Cons: As non smokers we did not like the strong smell of cigarette smoke coming from the air conditioner. Ask for a non smoking room.

Great location, nice rooms and great view of Tokyo Tower!

Pros: The location and the view from the room was amazing! The staff too was very helpful and attentive. Very nice experience overall. Would recommend!

Cons: We booked two rooms, one for single use and one for a couple. The double room for single use was bigger though than the double room for the couple. This was a bit odd to us but this was really just a minor issue that didn't bother us much. It just felt a bit confusing to us.
