Pros: Lovely staff. Ideal for one person. Everything clean and worked. Location idea for being walking distance from the monorail, Tokyo tower, waterfront, gardens etc

Great location and comfortable stay - close to metro station

Pros: Great location on a busy street filled with restaurants and convenience stores. Close to the metro station. Hotel was quite nice, although room a bit small, but that's expected for the price. We had a great stay overall, and really enjoyed the neighbourhood and convenience with the placement.

Cons: Room was a little small, and there was a small crack in our bathtub. Staff were notified and very nice about it though, and it didn't affect our stay.

Very happy with everything at Richmond Hotel Shiba.

Pros: Great location. Easy access to train station. Great short walk to Tokyo Tower and park areas. Room was spotless and cleaned every day to a very high standard. Staff very polite and friendly. Lifts very quick. Very good value for money in Tokyo.

Cons: A little cramped on one side of the bed.

Pros: In the perfect location and had English speaking staff. Also reasonably big rooms, considering. Even the listing says there isn’t a view of Tokyo Tower, we had a view!

Excellent location for business travel

Pros: The hotel is located near two train stations and the Tokyo tower. Surrounding locality is clean, family friendly and has excellent food and bar choices. The availability of Starbucks at the entrance and family mart at 2 minutes is absolutely convenient. Staff are helpful and service is great.

Great hotel, great location.

Pros: Super nice hotel, clean rooms. (Small one as usual). The bathroom were a bit bigger than usual. Close to a metro line, right next to the Tokyo Tower.

Perfect for the first time in Tokyo

Pros: I had standard double room which had a window facing the road and it was fantastic to have day light. The hotel provides toiletries at the lobby to reduce waste and it's great. I had my luggage delivered from Kyoto and the hotel stored it for me. The location is convinient with different train/metro lines being close. Tokyo Tower and Azabudai hills are at walkable distance. The bed is comfy, shower is good. There is space for a suitcase in the room.
