Pros: Room is clean and they provide clean towels everyday throughout our stay. They also have the luggage transfer service and staff was very helpful with that. It’s also walking distance to the viral 7-E with the Tokyo Tower view.

Pros: The hotel is located close to a couple of metro stations, so that was great. There were a lot of freebies at reception and a kettle and a fridge in the room. We also kept the luggage at reception on the day of our check-out and the staff was great and everything went smoothly.

Cons: We only wished the hotel had breakfast but other than that, no issues.

Pros: Location is in downtown near by Tokyo Tower, also, not far from hamamasucho Station if you are traveling to from Haneda Airport. Shibakoen station is just a minit away from the hotel. Others Main station you need to walk around 12-15 minit. The staff are very nice & helpful. The hotel is good and clean and they offer free Tea/soup sachet and coffee machine in front of receptionist that we can have it anytime. Amenities also varies to choose depend on what you need. We enjoy our time in Rose stay Tokyo Shiba Park.

Friendly convenient pleasant comfortable stay and the milk bath products were an added bonus after a big day sight seein

Pros: Friendly reception staff, comfortable clean room and excellent room service Very close to shibakoen station on Mita line just outside hotel and close family mart and cafe/ restaurants nearby within comfortable walking distance

Tokyo Winter Vacation Shiba Stay Hotel

Pros: The location is perfect, walking distance to Tokyo Tower and most subways. A lot of facilities.like.coin powered laundry machine and vendo. Place is very clean. Staff are great especially Suzuki for helping us with the luggage shipping.

Cons: Room is a bit small for 2 adults and 1 kid. Or it's just the bigger room was not available during my booking.
