Good choice

Pros: Not that far from train station and valuables for money and your pocket, staff was helpful when have any question.

Cons: The stairs is quite steep and small pretty hard for those who hv big luggages

Amazing Property at Akihabara

Pros: Fantastic location - Close to Okachimachi Metro station and multiple other stations with so many eateries nearby Friendly Host - It's a self check-in and check-out, so you'll have to depend on communicating with the host who's very responsive Cleanliness - Extremely clean

Cons: The only aspect which could be challenging for some people would be the lack of an elevator in the property, so you'll have to haul your luggage up the stairway

Comfortable stay

Pros: I was happy with my stay. The room was clean, has everything we need. Checkin checkout was easy. Host was kind to accommodate our request. Excellent location. Highly recommended and definitely will choose to stay here again 😊

Pros: Location is great and it is awesome value for money . It is small but we enjoyed it. Warm water cool aircon.

Cons: It is very small with no room for suitcases and we stayed 6 nights with no linen change and lots of garbage that we had nowhere to dispose.

Great little spot in a great location, but best in small groups or if travelling light.

Pros: The location is really good and the bed, shower and toilet were exactly what we needed. The rooms were quite sound proof and you could only hear neighbours when they were using the stairwell.

Cons: We were a group of four, two of which being young children, travelling for 3 weeks, so we had a fair bit of luggage. The room has nowhere to be able to open or store bags. The bed base is 3 solid crates, so you can't slide bags under and out of the way, so you are constantly stepping over and around things. I know all rooms are small in Tokyo, but having under bed space to store the bags would have been beneficial. It's a small criticism, everything else was great.

Comfortable for a great price

Pros: Great location, clean, towels, toothbrush and cosmetics provided, very detailed home manual of how to use things, toto bidet <3 <3, toto shower cube with great ventilation <3, all kitchen facilities you need (microwave, electric kettle, stove, dishes, refrigerator), big beds, air conditioning, good contact with the host

Cons: Would be great if plug adapter for electronics was provided, coat hanger was wobbly and not really functional

Pros: The location is amazing for tourists that are visiting Tokyo

Cons: It could had been cleaned more

Pros: Walking distance to Akihabara main street and Ueno plus near a subway station. More spacious than other places in Tokyo for the price. Convenient self check in and very responsive staff via message.

Pros: Near to major train stations. Just enough space for me to pack my items. Room rate matches with facilities given. Though small unit, all facilities are sufficient for me for my last day of the trip in Tokyo.

Pros: Location was perfect, rooms were well maintained. Staff were quick to respond and friendly.

Cons: The bed was quite hard and so for me not comfortable. Better mattress and pillow would make for a big improvement
