Overall this property location is strategic and comfortable stay for three occupant.

Pros: Location is not v far from the train station, easy access to eateries. Room is tidy n clean n the facilities in the room are working as intended.

Cons: The bath room is very small. I was not informed about the room number and check-in procedure before the arrival date n upon arrival at the apartment I need to send message to ask for this information from the property staff. Met one uncle at the lobby who was very helpful n directed us to the mail box to collect the room key after I gotten the room number. The PIN code issued to me in the message prior to arrival is not utilise n not sure how it is to be used for check in since there is no staff entertaining the check in.

It was a very comfortable stay. The metro stations are all at a walking distance from the stay. So are the bars and rest

Pros: Loved the location. A perfect walking distance from all the night life, yet a quiet area...

Pros: Close to dining and shopping areas, and to subway station. Very close to konbini and 24hr grocery store

Cons: Toilet and bathroom can be cramped for tall guests like me.

Cons: Les produits d hygiène et d entretien dans le placard à vêtements, alors celui dans l entrée était vide, j ai dû placé ses produits dans celui dans l entrée. Ceci nous a permis de pouvoir utiliser celui de la chambre pour mettre nos affaires.

Cozy and relax full stay

Pros: We made a last minute booking of this place and we had a great time. The owner of the property was easy to get in contact with and gave us all the directions to get to the place we needed. The place are was on the out skirts of the shinjuku kabukicho (which I stayed many times) which it made for a perfect getaway from the fast life of the city. The place had monitor security in the day on the first floor, coin locker for baggage and finally had a laundry mat at the front of entrance. There were wonderful restaurants downstairs to get a quick bite and convenient stores near by. The neighbors kept to themselves so it was very quiet area. The room was perfect for somewhere to rest it had a heater, kitchen, tv and shower with heated toilet.

Cons: The only complaint I had is that it’s a place for 2 ppl to stay comfortable. You can make it work with three ppl but it will be a little tight but can work since ppl will be outside doing more sightseeing than staying inside. Also the shower is a little small if you’re 6ft and above so please keep that in mind.
