Lovely hotel in a convenient location

Pros: Full service hotel with lots of amenities & very good staff. Attentive though unobtrusive service. Large room, great bathroom. Great system for storing or forwarding luggage.

Fantastic hotel - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Pros: I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were attentive, polite and very helpful. I can’t rate them too highly. Always smiling and pleased to help at all times. The bedroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We booked a premium room on the 20th floor which gave us the choice of a variety of excellent breakfasts. More importantly it gave us free access to the Club Lounge with delightful eats for breakfast, lunch, tea time and dinner - light meals but excellent quality with a choice of alcoholic and soft drinks. It was in a great location and had direct underground access to Shimbashi station which made getting around Tokyo very easy.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like.

Pros: Stayed in deluxe twin room which was large and confortable with large lounge and desk Bathroom had bath and very well appointed

Pros: Lounge and its service. Lounge food selection is limited but the quality is good. Choice of beverage is also satisfactory. Not very crowded, great view. Walking distance to Ginza.

Cons: No early check-in. And the noice of the trains is undeniable.

Handy location

Pros: Walking distance to the station and one stop away from Ginza and couple from Tokyo makes this a convenient location for travellers. Not big by any means but our room was decent enough sized - bathroom was really big and solid. Staff were extremely kind and helpful

Cons: Could hear the trains at night which was a bit annoying and for us it felt like more of business hotel (same as the location) so not exactly the feel we were after

Very comfortable with great location.

Pros: Room size is very good. Very clean. Bathroom very good with good products. Quiet. Staff very courteous and helpful. Great location. Near railway station.

Cons: Access to gym and pool were not included in the price - such facilities should be available to all guests as part of the room fee.

Really nice place, modern, walking distance to station and ginza

Pros: Really nice accommodation, with big room, staff were super friendly. 5min walk to Shimbashi station and easy enough to get around. Slightly outside the main area but all within 10-15min walking distance

Cons: Needed to pay for the gym, despite being advertised as included. Food and drinks at the lobby cafe/bar were pretty expensive.
