Excellent stay

Pros: For our 1 week stay the flat was more than perfect .and the staff promptly available and efficient . We are simply looking foreward to visiting you again doring our next stay in japan .

Pros: Using a passcode for check-in is very convenient, since there’s no need to worry about forgetting your keys. The room is well equipped, with a small bathtub, and many amenities are provided. The location is also very convenient, as it is very close to Wakamatsu-Kawada Station.

Pros: It is really an apartment, not a box with a bed (like other places we stayed). Well looked after. Big enough for 4 people (although we were 3) and all the luggage. The host was really helpful and attentive, and answered quickly all our doubts. We're looking forward to stay there again if we ever can go back to Japan.

Great place, beds pillows and covers need improvement

Pros: The property is a great value for money and has good checkin instructions

Cons: I took a pillow from the cupboard as they were a little thin. After that every day I would wake up with insect bites in various places. On my final day I woke with three bites on my eye, lip and face, all of these bites were on the side of my face that was pillow down. This lead me to believe that there was some type of bed bug or something which is a shame because the accommodation was great apart from that but I did get bitten and I got bitten a lot.

Pros: - the location - the space - the cleanliness - the (digital) availability of the host for any questions

Great apartment for 2 or more !

Pros: Loved the tranquility of the location and place and the cleanliness. It was a great apartment for 3 nights !!

Cons: A bit far from the nearest transport stations by metro or train (10 or 20 minutes of walk) but aside from that, it was awesome.

Really nice spacious stay in Tokyo

Pros: Nice apartment, spacious for 3 people, was very clean and nicely organised

Cons: Location was a bit inconvenient with larger luggage

Pros: We liked the location. The apartment was a good size and had all the amenities we needed.

Pros: the location is convenient and easily accessible by public transport. the host was very kind and even helped us when we needed directions to the washing machine. we spent 4 days immersed in Tokyo life without the chaos of the center but with the possibility of reaching it easily.

Quite stay near to busy Shinjuku

Pros: Nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood, not too far away from 2 different train lines stations (9 and 13 minutes walk respectively). 2 Stops away from Shinjuku. The apartment is quite small but has all the convenience (washer, drying room) that you need for a family of 3 or 4. Wifi is a bit unreliable. Nice coffees available in the vicinity.

Cons: staff available by email only. No whatsapp or Line where they can be easily reached. Wifi was not always good and changing rooms you had to change network.
