Pros: Clean and cute apartment with 3 separate sleeping areas. Great for families and we could walk to Shinjuku's main area, train stations and convenience stores easily.

Pros: The house is not super spacious for a group but has everything you need, including room to dry your clothes and amenities to make your meals. Communication was smooth and easy. Location is good, walkable from Shinjuku. Very comfortable rooms.

Cons: The stairs are a bit tight and steep for big luggage, although it was just uncomfortable for us because we arrived on a very rainy day.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable, in a quiet area but walking distance to the centre of Shinjuku as well as having shops, restaurants and the train close by.

Was a good base for taking the metro pretty much anywhere.

Pros: 5 minutes from the metro and quite close to travel to tourist areas. Convenience store about 6 minutes walk away. Suited us as a family.

Cons: Like a lot of other places, there were no hand towels just a bath sheet per person but that seems common in Japan. Very lacking in things like cutlery for the amount of people it can sleep. Only 1 dessert spoon and no teaspoons at all. Minimal crockery. No dish sponge or cloth or anything to wipe around. Pillows weren’t great.

Loved how it wasn’t that far from Shinjuku clubs, it was also a well decorated apartment

Pros: In a convenient area withing walking distance of a train station, clean accommodation, responsive and friendly host

Cons: Neighbours were very rude and didn’t help me and gave my group dirty looks Difficult to find at first Not as spacious as I originally thought but can comfortably fit 4-5 individuals
