Great Stay Steps From the Station
Pros: I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation in Shinjuku. Check-in was simple. Just retrieving the keys from a secure locked letterbox. The room was spacious, well organised, and very clean, with a great range of amenities provided free of charge. The best part was the location. Footsteps from a station and right near the main street in Koreatown, plus only about a 10-minute walk to Shinjuku Station for easy access to shopping, food, and nightlife. I’m really looking forward to staying here again!
Cons: Check out procedure was unclear. But this was a very minor detail and answers were a text away.

Pros: conveniently located beside jr rail station extremely spacious for japanese size rooms, perfect for family with kids right beside plenty of food options
Cons: some floor mats for kitchen, sink and toilets will help! some noise from 2-3am one night from neighbours playing music, was very quiet otherwise food options are mostly korean

Pros: The spacious layout and the close proximity to Shin-Okubo station. The place is very clean and all equipment well maintained and looks new. And the many eateries available, be it Asian or Japanese. Spoilt for choice.
Cons: The steep staircase. Difficult to lug my heavy luggage up.

Pros: Many things... The extremely close location to the Shin Okubo station, the spotlessly clean apartment, the air-conditioning in the apartment and the thought behind everything in the apartment. The apartment while being small was spacious. The cupboard was so big that our big suitcase opened inside and we didn't need to open anything else. If you have to open 2 big suitcases then it will be tight. Having compared a lot of hotels in Tokyo I know the situation is even worse
Cons: The rats in the neighborhood but those are only visible late at night when there is no one in the street and they were nowhere near the apartment

A great facility with some minor drawbacks
Pros: Superb location within 1 min walk from JR Yamanote line that can take you anywhere. Lots of grocery shops, cafes, restaurants with delicious food. A clean cosy room with everything you may need! Highly recommend for a short or long term stay if you want to experience Shinjuku and Japan in general
Cons: There were some rats and they weren't nice - neither said \

Pros: Very close to shops and main street lovely back streets just off the main ones. Very clean apartments well maintained very nice staff. Wash me machine cooking facilities TV with YouTube Netflix etc

Estuvo muy bien pero con algunos matices…
Pros: La ubicación es genial, si quieres un lugar para quedarte este viene bien. Es cómodo para una pareja, bonito y muy limpio todo en especial muy amable el anfitrión. El alojamiento Tiene lo necesario para moverte sin problema por Tokio. Tienes a la mano muchos locales de comida desayunos, nos gustó mucho y realmente rico. Super mercados, combis y la estación cerca un puntazo buenísimo.
Cons: Realmente fue una pena porque el lugar está bien pero se escucha ruidos a altas horas de la noche, no hay buena insonorización, por tanto se escucha los pasos y todo lo que pase en el piso superior, pero el anfitrión muy amablemente nos ayudó se comunicó con los vecinos y mermó el ruido, porque al inicio fue insoportable la manera en que arrastraban cosas no podías dormir. El tema de las ratas en la cuadra durante la noche es real, así que si le tienes miedo o asco pues no te gustara. Nosotros ya lo habíamos leído en otros comentarios así que no nos sorprendió. Otra cosa es que podrían dejar una mopa o algo para 5 días si muy necesario para el suelo, y un cambio de toallas al menos. Para el precio que pagamos sin duda lo esperábamos.. le hace falta estantes para poner la ropa en el closet, encuentras un hueco para colgar y no tiene suficientes perchas o lugar para doblar la ropa que te pondrás durante tu estancia.

Pros: Až na místě jsem zjistil, že ubytování je v Korejské čtvrti. Pokoj byl ve velmi dobrém stavu. Nemovitost obsahuje 6 bytových jednotek a je ve vedlejší uličce - není zde tolik hluku z hlavní silnice. Poměr cena/výkon je fantastický - jste hned u jedné ze dvou stanice vlaku. Máte šanci se hned dostat do většiny turistických center bez nutného přestupu. Nejspíš bych se sem vrátil znovu.
Cons: Bylo naprosto vše slyšet - sousedé i lidé venku, kteří rádi v uličce pokuřovali a dokonce se jednou i pokoušeli dostat do zařízení (brali za kliku/bouchali na dveře).
